Large order
I recently placed a big order at this store and ended up making a mistake with my purchase. I contacted customer service for assistance and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were in their response. They were able to fix my error fast and efficiently, and I really appreciated it. Not only did they help me with my order, but they also checked to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I ended up getting a gorgeous dress that I totally adore. However, I would recommend others to carefully read and understand the store's return policy to prevent any problems down the road.
Quality clothing, excellent customer service
My experience with the company was pretty good, even though I had a couple of issues with my orders. The first thing I got didn't fit, and the second was messed up. But the customer service was really great. The person I talked to, Bianca, was super nice, quick to respond, and helped me out with my problems. The stuff not fitting was mostly because of my weird body shape, not the company's fault. The clothes were nice quality, and they had a lot to pick from. Overall, I had a good time and might buy from them again someday.

Sale item sizing issue resolved by customer service
Even though I had a problem with the size of an item I bought on sale, Gwen, the customer service rep, really stepped up to help me out. She made sure to understand exactly what I needed and helped me order the right size. Her awesome customer service made me feel super grateful and now I can't wait for my purchase to get here.
XS to S dress exchange
I just had to exchange this dress I got in XS for a size S from this company. The whole process went really smoothly and quick. I reached out to their customer service and they totally got where I was coming from, they even encouraged me to go ahead and order the new size right away. They made sure to let me know that once they process my return, they'd refund me with store credit back to my card. Dealing with them was a breeze and I was really happy with the customer service I got. Plus, the dress was super cute and exactly what I wanted. All in all, I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.
Fast delivery, great customer service, good price-performance
I recently made a purchase from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Even though I ordered from Europe, my package showed up way quicker than I expected. The prices were great for the quality of the products, I felt like I got a good deal. But what really made a difference for me was the customer service. Marissa was seriously amazing - she was always there to help me out and she replied super quickly to all my questions. I can't believe how simple online shopping can be! I just got a dress, and there was a little size problem, but their customer service totally took care of it. Pretty dress with a little problem
I picked up the cutest dress from this store, but it had a minor issue. When I reached out to customer service, I was connected with a really sweet lady named Lisa. She was incredibly helpful and ended up giving me a store credit, which was so awesome. Lisa was great at communicating and super friendly. Big thanks to her!

Dress purchase
Recently, I bought a dress online, but it never arrived at my house even though the tracking said it was delivered. I contacted customer service for help, and Tanya, the representative, was super helpful. She got in touch with the delivery service and got me a refund in store credit. It was great how quickly she handled the problem. In the end, I was able to order another dress, which thankfully did arrive with no problems. Overall, I was really happy with how Tanya helped me out and got everything sorted out so efficiently.
Return Assistance
I just wanted to share about the amazing customer service I received from a representative named Tanya. My return was late, way past the 30-day deadline, but she was so helpful and really went out of her way to help me out and understand my situation. I was truly grateful for Tanya's assistance and it really showed me how much this company cares about their customers. And on top of that, their clothing options are really top-notch. Thanks to Tanya and the great products, my whole experience was fantastic.
Store credit not refunded
I went back to the store not long ago and I was bummed out when they only gave me store credit instead of my money back to my card. Store credit doesn't work for me, so I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix this, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really annoying to not be able to talk to anyone about sorting this out.
Dress purchase, wrong size chosen
I had such a good experience with the customer service at this store. I accidentally bought the wrong size dress and had to ask about when they might restock it. Tanya was super helpful and got back to me quickly, giving me all the info I needed on how to find out when the dress would be available again. Even though it was my mistake, Tanya made everything simple and hassle-free.
Return and refund dress
I had to return a dress I bought, and I needed store credit quickly. The customer service was amazing and refunded the money instead so I could get a new dress in time for my event. I really appreciate the fast help!
Dresses
The delivery was pretty quick, got my stuff right on time. But man, one of the dresses was messed up, and the other one just didn't work for me. When I reached out to customer service, they said I could only get store credit back, which was annoying. Ended up having to threaten legal action to finally get a full refund back to my card.
Email communication response
I was so happy with how quickly I got a response from their customer service team through email. It felt nice to talk to a real person who was able to help me with all my questions. I'm definitely going to tell my friends and family about this brand because of how great my experience was with their customer service.

The dress I bought here was amazing! It was really high quality and the design was so unique and gorgeous. I was so impressed by the variety they had to choose from.
