Sale item sizing issue resolved by customer service
Even though I had a problem with the size of an item I bought on sale, Gwen, the customer service rep, really stepped up to help me out. She made sure to understand exactly what I needed and helped me order the right size. Her awesome customer service made me feel super grateful and now I can't wait for my purchase to get here.
XS to S dress exchange
I just had to exchange this dress I got in XS for a size S from this company. The whole process went really smoothly and quick. I reached out to their customer service and they totally got where I was coming from, they even encouraged me to go ahead and order the new size right away. They made sure to let me know that once they process my return, they'd refund me with store credit back to my card. Dealing with them was a breeze and I was really happy with the customer service I got. Plus, the dress was super cute and exactly what I wanted. All in all, I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.

Heidi over at that company, she was just amazing! I can't even believe how lucky I got having her help me out while I was shopping. It's really hard to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers like she does. Heidi really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I bought. Dress purchase, wrong size chosen
I had such a good experience with the customer service at this store. I accidentally bought the wrong size dress and had to ask about when they might restock it. Tanya was super helpful and got back to me quickly, giving me all the info I needed on how to find out when the dress would be available again. Even though it was my mistake, Tanya made everything simple and hassle-free.
Return and refund dress
I had to return a dress I bought, and I needed store credit quickly. The customer service was amazing and refunded the money instead so I could get a new dress in time for my event. I really appreciate the fast help!

The dress I bought here was amazing! It was really high quality and the design was so unique and gorgeous. I was so impressed by the variety they had to choose from. Gorgeous vacation dress
I recently bought a gorgeous vacation dress from this store and I absolutely loved it! I wasn't sure what size to order, but the return process was easy and hassle-free. I had the pleasure of speaking with customer service representative Tanya, who was really friendly and helpful. The dress was perfect for my vacation and I received so many compliments on it. I will definitely be shopping here again!
Dresses for return
I ordered some dresses to try on, but I was really disappointed with the return policy because they only offered store credit. Luckily, I was able to contact customer service through email and talked to Heidi. She was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. She made an exception for me and promised me a refund. I wish the return policy was better, but I'm really thankful for Heidi's help.
Two stunning dresses
The dresses I ordered were just gorgeous and really well made. I was blown away by all the options on the website. But, I ended up having to send one back and reached out to customer service. Tanya was the one who helped me out, and let me tell you, she was amazing. Tanya not only knew her stuff, but she was also super nice to talk to.
