Dress for special occasion
I recently bought this dress for a special event, but man, it has been a total nightmare. I double-checked their return policy before ordering because I always like to be able to return stuff if I need to. Turns out, though, the items are non-refundable and no one told me that upfront. Plus, it's been 10 days and still no sign of my dress. The event I got it for is gonna come and go without me even getting to wear it, which really sucks. I tried calling customer service for help, but I was on hold forever just to be told my package is coming. Such a frustrating situation all in all. Looks like my only choice now is to dispute the transaction.

Mattress topper purchase
The products they sell are really good quality, but the way they handle orders needs some work. I've ordered from them two times recently and both times, they got my order wrong. The first time, I only noticed after I had opened up the mattress topper, which was vacuum packed and impossible to repack without the right tools. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't really seem to care, which was pretty disappointing. If you order from here, be prepared to not use your stuff right away. Plus, it bothered me that I had to share personal sleep habits just to write a review on their site - I found it kinda invasive.

Expedited shipping for an item
Recently, I bought something online and needed it rushed to me for a big event. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but sadly, it didn't come on time like they said. I tried reaching out to customer service by email a few times, but never heard back. I had to scramble and buy a different gift, then deal with returning the first item. It was frustrating that they didn't come through with good customer service. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

Ladysmith family vacation
My kids were totally chill on the bus, which is super important to me whenever we travel. The bathrooms on board were pretty decent, and even though the WiFi wasn't great, my kids still had a good time. The driver was super nice and respectful, which made us feel really taken care of during the ride. His steady driving even made my kids doze off, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I was really happy with the service and will definitely book with this company again for our next trips.

Italian pastry gift delivery
I recently ordered some Italian pastries online as a special surprise for my folks and it was such a great experience!
