I've been using these shoes for about 12 years now, and they never disappoint. I always buy them online because it's much more convenient than dealing with those high-end stores. But lately, I'm considering switching things up. The checkout process is a real hassle. I mean, you're limited to only using a credit card. If they offered PayPal as an option, it would make my life a whole lot simpler.

Shoes purchase
I just bought something at this store and honestly, I was really let down. It was a pain to place my order, the website was a mess and it took me forever to locate what I wanted. The service was not good - the staff didn't help much and I had to wait a long time. The prices were high for items that were just okay. And let's not even talk about the delivery - it took forever to get to me and then the package was all messed up. I don't think I'd suggest this store to anyone after my experience.

Lab diamond ring purchase
I just bought this lab diamond ring from this company and had to return the first one they sent me. It was a beautiful 4.50 ct ring with a halo and Pave prongs, but it was just too big for my finger. The return process was super easy and the customer service team was awesome in suggesting a simpler 4 prong Pave band for the new setting. I absolutely love how the final product turned out and would definitely recommend their products and services.

Suvi and Brett shoes
I just bought two pairs of shoes, the Suvi and Brett, from this store. The quality of these shoes is like the big brands, like Steve Madden. My order took a little longer to get to me than I thought it would, but when it finally arrived, it was nicely packaged. While I'm happy with the shoes, I'm not completely sure if I would shop here again in the future.
