Denim dress size issue
I bought a denim dress from this company in a Large size, but they sent me a Small one instead. I was really let down and annoyed by this mistake. To top it off, I didn't even get a confirmation email with an order or tracking number, even though I get emails from them every day about promotions. And the receipt inside the package had an order number that was impossible to read, so I couldn't generate a return label. I tried to get help through chat, but they weren't really helpful in fixing the problem.

I was so happy with how quickly I got a response from their customer service team through email. It felt nice to talk to a real person who was able to help me with all my questions. I'm definitely going to tell my friends and family about this brand because of how great my experience was with their customer service.
