I had such a good experience with the customer service at this store. I accidentally bought the wrong size dress and had to ask about when they might restock it. Tanya was super helpful and got back to me quickly, giving me all the info I needed on how to find out when the dress would be available again. Even though it was my mistake, Tanya made everything simple and hassle-free.

Skincare product for teenage daughter
I've been having a tough time finding the perfect skincare product for my 17-year-old daughter. I've tested out lots of brands, but nothing seemed to work. Then, I decided to give this product a shot after seeing the sweet campaign with parents and kids. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The smell is great, and we've already seen big improvements in just 3 weeks. My daughter's skin looks so much better that she actually wants me to order more, which hardly ever happens. It's nice to finally find something that really does the trick.

Coffee with milk
I've been drinking this coffee for about 2 weeks now and man, I gotta say, I'm hooked! I like to splash a little milk in there and it just hits the spot. I swear, I feel like I've been sleeping better and thinking clearer since I started drinking it. The taste is decent too, not too bad. Since I'm diabetic, I have to go easy on the milk, but I really enjoy the light roast flavor and the way it makes me feel. I wish I could splurge and get some for my whole crew because this stuff is really good.

Hannah style name bar bracelet
Bought 4 of these bracelets for gifts. 3 of the 4 broke within 3 days of having them. The company was nice and sent replacements. Those replacements broke within 3 months. I have already spoke to customer service and got it somewhat resolved, but I just wanted to say that I posted a 1 star review on they website and it never got posted. It definitely makes me not trust the company and wonder how many other bad reviews the company does not post.

Negative - The front page is not the picture I wahted.
Some of the pictures were cut and the heads are off the picture. Too many pictures were repeated and a waste of page. Some of the pictures, the colors are not sharp and are too small.
