My main worry when I buy shoes is making sure I get the right size. It's tough for me to nail down the size using the calculator they give, and it seems like different shoe styles can be a bit off. But one thing I really like about this company is how fast they get the shoes to me. They usually come way sooner than I thought, which is a nice change from my usual online orders in the US.

Oh my goodness, Idyl is amazing! Their jewelry is super shiny and sparkly, much better than anything else I own. I love that I can mix and match all the pieces. The customer service is fantastic, they fixed my mistake really quickly. I've ordered from them in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future!

Disappointing and frustrating
My experience at Moro recently was really frustrating. I got some food delivered and it was just a mess. They messed up my order, some stuff was missing, and the food was cold when it got to me. When I called to complain, the person on the phone didn't even say sorry and didn't help at all. On top of all that, the prices were too high for what I got. Overall, definitely not going back there.

I just bought this fancy coffee grinder online and man, what a letdown! Been waiting for a month and haven't even gotten a tracking number. Reached out to customer service and all they did was tell me to be patient and tossed me a $10 voucher if I bought more stuff. Terrible communication and service. I'm done with this store for sure.

Virgin Experiences Gift Culinary Tour
I purchased a culinary tour as a wedding gift via theknot.com. The couple tried to use it on their honeymoon and was told they could not use it and to reschedule. This couple does not have the means to travel again and would be unable to do that, so i contacted Virgin for a refund. After a month of back and forth and them saying they refunded it, the money has still not hit my bank, so I am now having to dispute the transaction. I just want the money back to give to the newlywed couple. I do not recommend using Virgin Experience Gifts and will never buy from them again.

Hannah style name bar bracelet
Bought 4 of these bracelets for gifts. 3 of the 4 broke within 3 days of having them. The company was nice and sent replacements. Those replacements broke within 3 months. I have already spoke to customer service and got it somewhat resolved, but I just wanted to say that I posted a 1 star review on they website and it never got posted. It definitely makes me not trust the company and wonder how many other bad reviews the company does not post.

Bunch of liars and thieves
The only truth in this thread is from Joe, Ashley and Sue. Bellelily is borderline fraud with their "business" practices. Not worth the deceptively low prices. Further complaint to China gov't for subsidizing shipping for companies like this to get products out...while we can't get the crap back to them without paying triple the item value or more.
This company is 100% scam (my opinion). Ordered shirts and didn't fit properly and now they are claiming I didn't measure right and I got what was asked for. Too, top that the shirts were (are) very poor quality. So true, you get what you pay for. I want to return them but they are dragging out responses so 7 days will pass. I will end up with this crap and out money. Never again.
CLOTHING AND SHOES
Bellelily's clothes and shoes are cute and priced reasonably. I had an issue with the way I measured prior to purchasing a product. Customer Service was great helping me to exchange the product. I will definitely purchase from Bellelily again.I ordered a pantsuit the first week in June and it still has not arrived. I contacted the company via their site and have not gotten a response back yet. I paid my money and got NO PRODUCT!!!

I received the doll after approximately 20 days. When I opened the package I thought the doll was cute but I was disappointed to find that the body was made of cloth and not vinyl as I had ordered. So I contacted the company and they apologized for the mistake and offered to give me a 40 dollar refund and send me a new doll with a vinyl body. I was very impressed with their courtesy and kindness. I would definitely order from this company again. The doll is very cute and has a beautiful face. The arms and legs are soft to the touch. I bought the doll for my daughter. I'm sure she will like it when she gets it for her birthday!
I ordered a doll from them and the same thing happened. We got the doll and it was plastic with a cloth body...not what we ordered. The hair was horrible and felt like stuffed animal material. They refuse to do anything for us. I will never order from them again.

The pics you see are stolen from real reborn sculptors and the doll is then made from a cheap knock off generic doll kit. We got my 5 yr old one and the doll's legs weren't attached, then they keep falling back off. Even her head falls off. The hair is like electrified straw. My daughter loves it anyway but she would also go into the dumpster to "rescue" a doll if she were allowed.
