Quality clothing, excellent customer service
My experience with the company was pretty good, even though I had a couple of issues with my orders. The first thing I got didn't fit, and the second was messed up. But the customer service was really great. The person I talked to, Bianca, was super nice, quick to respond, and helped me out with my problems. The stuff not fitting was mostly because of my weird body shape, not the company's fault. The clothes were nice quality, and they had a lot to pick from. Overall, I had a good time and might buy from them again someday.

high heels in two sizes
There were so many high heels available on the website in every size, it was awesome. I rushed to order two pairs, but then I figured out I picked the wrong size. I contacted customer service right away to see if I could fix it before they shipped. They got back to me right quick the next day and said they could change the size no problem. Can't wait to get my high heels in the right size!

Liquor Bottle
I just ordered some liquor online and it was a total mess. The delivery guy said he couldn't find my place, even though it's never been a problem in the past. When the bottle finally got to the store, they wouldn't hand it over, even though I had all the right details. Plus, talking to them was tough because of language issues. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they didn't get back to me for a whole week.

I just love shopping for lamps at this store, they seriously have a ton of options to choose from! You could honestly spend hours just browsing through all the different styles they offer. The website is set up so nicely that it's easy to find exactly what you're looking for without feeling overwhelmed. And the best part is you can compare different lamps next to each other to see which one you like best. It's like being a kid in a candy store, except with lamps instead!

I just bought the Lena case in sienna color and I am totally in love with it! I loved it so much that I even got a matching pouch and key attachment, and I also bought two more cases as Christmas presents. Now I can't wait for my Emma bag to arrive. The customer service team was super helpful and quick to respond, they even adjusted the shipping price for me when I added an extra item to my order. The case wallet fits all my essentials perfectly - 5 cards and some cash. It's just perfect in every way.

Super cute and soft socks
These socks are seriously the best! I was getting tired of the same old boring sock stores, but then I stumbled upon these gems at Sockologie. They had all the classic designs, but also had some newer and cooler ones that totally fit my style. And bonus, the shipping was crazy fast and free, which is awesome. And let me tell you, these socks are not only adorable, but they are incredibly soft and comfy! I'm totally obsessed and will definitely be buying more in the future.

Smooth and easy purchase experience
Buying the tickets was super easy and stress-free. It was a piece of cake to book our time slots online, although the ticket numbers we had to use were crazy long. But once we got to the attractions, using the passes was a breeze. There was a special line just for pass holders, so we got to skip all the regular lines. It made our sightseeing so much better and faster. All in all, CityPASS is a great way to see all the tourist spots and save some cash too.

I purchased this test prep package and I'm having trouble accessing it. I've tried to open it multiple times, but it just won't work. I reached out to customer support, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I'm really hoping I can get a refund because it doesn't seem right that I paid for something that I can't even use.

Eyeglasses frame measurements
I just bought some new glasses from this store and they had some really detailed frame measurements for each pair. It made it a lot easier to find a pair that fits my face just right. But, the glasses kept slipping down my nose whenever I looked down, so I had to keep pushing them back up. Next time, I think I'll try glasses with nose pads to see if that helps with the slipping issue.
