I went to ATN not long ago to get some advice on choosing a scope for my upcoming hunting expedition. The guy assisting me, who I'll call Chamberlain, really knew his stuff and was super helpful. He asked me what kind of hunting I'd be doing and then showed me a few scopes that would work for me. Chamberlain explained the features of each one in a way that was easy to grasp, making it easier for me to pick one. I was grateful for his patience and knowledge in helping me make the right choice.

Online rental car booking
I just booked a rental car on this website, and the prices were way better than booking directly from the rental company. The only downside was waiting 4 hours to pick up the car since we booked last minute. But even with the wait, the money we saved made it totally worth it.

Store credit not refunded
I went back to the store not long ago and I was bummed out when they only gave me store credit instead of my money back to my card. Store credit doesn't work for me, so I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix this, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really annoying to not be able to talk to anyone about sorting this out.

Customized prescription sunglasses
The customer service here is just awful. I've been waiting for a call back from the customer service manager for a whole month now, and it's driving me crazy. It's not right to keep a customer waiting this long without fixing their problem. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing. It's pretty clear that there's a big problem in the company with taking care of customer issues quickly and effectively.
