4 Winter Sweaters
I am very pleased with the portion of my order that I did receive. I will say the 4 winter sweaters I received are great quality, although do run a touch large (I purchased XL). However, I did not receive two items from my order even after getting a "they are on the way" e-mail. After reaching out to customer service over a month later it was discovered that my last two items had be cancelled due to lack of stock. When I placed my order there was no indication they were out of stock or low for that matter. I am just annoyed I had to reach out to find out that these items were just cancelled without an e-mail or any communication. Not super impressed.
Four Tops - All Too Large
I just found this site, and looked up information to make sure it was a real place. I really like the pictures of the clothing but when I received them - I ordered all size Large - They all were extremely large, like a 3x size not a regular size at all!!! Which is a shame, cause I did really like the tops but would never be able to wear them. I should have looked for reviews of actual purchases, but not all the reviews say the clothes were too large. Sadly, I cannot order again if I don't know or trust their sizing. The return procedure was good.
Multiple shirts and sweatshirt leggings
This company is amazing!! Completely satisfied with every single one of my purchases which is rare for me when buying online. I also don’t normally post reviews but I felt like I had to for this. :)
Reversable sherpa womens jacket
Actually 1star is good enough but if u try to press the 1star review it goes automatically to # 2 I have called customer service many times and no one answers I left info to call back and no return call Unable to track a xmas order for my child and it has not come could this company be defunct?

My first purchase, I ordered a pair of joggers, and a hoodie. It arrived quickly. The pants were great. Fit was good, and they have held up well. The hoodie was a little too cropped for me, so I returned it. The process was easy and my refund was in my bank pretty fast. Since then I have placed a couple more orders. Again, shipping was pretty fast, and the quality was great. I ordered a T-Shirt and layering tank, and the material was better than I expected. I am currently waiting on an order of 3 sweaters and leggings. I have recommended Upwest to other people, and will definitely be placing more orders.
One last thing. My last order came with a free blanket because I spent over $100. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything too fancy. When I took it out of the box, I was surprised because it was super soft and felt like good quality. I decided to keep it, instead of gifting it.
I hope the others that had a bad experience will give it another try.Several Items
I have ordered from the company one time and will not do it again nor recommend this brand to others. When I returned items to them, they claimed not to have received them and withheld my refund. I showed them to receipt with the correct weight for all items but their customer service team did not help me. I do not trust this brand to take care of it’s customers.

Apart from the fact that the items run enormous and often end up piling in the wash, I was also told that through “human error” I purchased a duplicate item of the same sweater in identical size and color (they refused to believe that it could’ve been a glitch on their end). When I tried to return this duplicate, I was told the item was final sale. However during my purchase, nowhere on the site was it listed under final sale — you had to go into the return policy to see that items ending in .99 are considered final sale.
I asked if under the extenuating circumstances there could be any possibility of getting a different color, whether even partial credit or anything, but was simply met with no understanding, flexibility or empathy.
The rep even tried to claim they were low on staff and trying to keep the company afloat during covid. I told them if this was the case, a simple exchange of a $20 item would have appeased a customer who would’ve thus returned and spent an additional several hundred dollars shopping with the company.
However, with the way they handled it, they have consequently alienated a customer. I am now looking to return all my items from the company because of the lack of understanding in this exchange, and am disincentivized to further shop there for fear of a similar future issue.
