Funko Pop figure
So I bought this Funko Pop figure from a website and the first time it was all good. The delivery was super fast and the item was in great shape. But then I got another one and it turned into a mess. They slapped some random name on the package and I couldn't get my hands on it! I tried contacting customer service and they promised to sort it out, but nothing changed. Six months down the line and still no sign of that package! And that's not all, I also ordered a book that never made it to me. The worst part is, you can't even choose your delivery service, so they used the lousiest one possible and the tracking number was useless! It's beyond frustrating!

Even though I had a problem with the size of an item I bought on sale, Gwen, the customer service rep, really stepped up to help me out. She made sure to understand exactly what I needed and helped me order the right size. Her awesome customer service made me feel super grateful and now I can't wait for my purchase to get here.

I've been driving for Uber for a while now, and let me tell you, I've had my fair share of problems with rental companies in the past. Comfy shoes
I was kinda nervous that these shoes wouldn't fit, but man, they're seriously comfy! I put them on and it was like walking on a cloud. They feel amazing, not even bad for walking short distances. I feel like a total pro when I wear them now.
