Sneaky charges
Yeah, this place is shady! Canceling is a total pain and they just keep taking your money, even if you don't have it. My account was supposed to be on the "free plan", but they kept charging me every month. I even had to cancel my card because they wouldn't refund me. It's all just frustrating!

Duplicate Christmas order
I just dealt with this company that totally messed up my Christmas order. You wouldn't believe it - they sent a duplicate order to the wrong address and haven't even shipped it out yet. I asked them to cancel it, but they straight up refused. Now it's stuck and causing me a headache. I'm really disappointed by their lack of responsibility and their refusal to make things right.
