    Cool glasses

    I got these glasses because I saw them on Instagram and ordered them back on January 9th! It took forever for them to arrive because my husband misplaced the package, but luckily the customer service folks were super helpful and even sent me a picture of where it was. The glasses are amazing! They feel sturdy but also flexible, the colors are vibrant, and the clear lenses make everything crystal clear. I'm thrilled I finally got my hands on them and tried them on.

    Quest 4 GTX hiking boots

    I recently got a new pair of Quest 4 GTX hiking boots and man, they're a huge letdown. My old pair from the same brand lasted me almost a decade and were amazing, so I thought I'd go with them again. But these new ones? No good. They have zero grip on wet rocks, which is a big problem when you're trying to hike safely. I was slipping all over the place on a recent trip to Ben Nevis, and it was honestly really scary and frustrating. Even on wet cobbled roads in town, I couldn't get a grip. It's made me lose all trust in this brand and their stuff. And to top it off, when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they totally blew me off. Such a letdown. I think it'd be best for folks to look elsewhere for hiking boots to avoid the same issues and dangers.

    I just bought something online and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess. They sent me the wrong thing in the wrong color! The website was all jumbled up, showing different pics and colors of the same item. When I reached out to customer service to try and fix it, they were zero help and even kinda rude. Plus, the prices were way too high! And don't even get me started on how long it took to get my money back. Ugh, just an awful experience that left me feeling so annoyed and let down.

    I just bought something from this company for the first time, and even though there were a few bumps at first, I have to say I was pretty impressed with how they handled things. The stuff I ordered showed up right on time and the packaging was really nice. The only problem was that the pump on the eye cream didn't work right. I got in touch with customer service and they were really sorry about it, but I was a little surprised when they wanted me to send the faulty product back instead of just looking at a picture. It was kind of a pain, especially since their stuff is on the pricey side. But, they did send me a replacement right away, so that was good. I do appreciate how quickly they took care of things, but I hope they think about making their return process easier in the future.

    I really liked being able to access and download the course materials whenever I wanted. Not having a deadline meant I could go over the content without feeling pressured. I also appreciated that the assignments were multiple choice, but it would have been nice to see my completed assignments and scores after. The buy prompt that keeps popping up can get annoying, especially when it automatically processes payments as soon as you enter your payment info. It would be nice to have the option to confirm the payment before it goes through. Because of these issues, I can't give it a full 5-star rating.

    Diamond fell out of ring

    I had been wearing my engagement ring from that place for 5 months when my diamond suddenly fell out in the bathroom of a restaurant. Thankfully, I heard it hit the ground and was able to find it, but I was really upset that it happened. It turns out their factory is located in China, and it seems like many others have experienced the same issue. Even though my ring had a platinum band and 4 prongs, it still couldn't prevent the diamond from falling out. I highly recommend not taking the risk of buying from them.

    I've been using this service for a while now, and I really feel like I need to let others know about my experience. At first, I loved the convenience of getting pre-made smoothies delivered right to my doorstep. But as time went on, I started to feel less satisfied. There just wasn't enough variety in flavors and choices, especially given how much I was paying for it. When I finally made up my mind to cancel my subscription, the customer service I encountered was just awful. They kept brushing off my requests to cancel, even though I made it clear I was unhappy. They just kept giving me excuses about the right person not being available to help me. No refunds, no returns - just a whole lot of greed and no concern for making me happy. I felt like they weren't taking me seriously and didn't care about my concerns at all. Now I'm stuck with a product I don't even want and a big dent in my wallet. It's disappointing that my only customer service experience in a year turned out so poorly. It really showed me that they don't care about their customers at all.

    I've been using these phone cases for years now and they're always my top choice. They hold up well, but let me tell you, they do start to show wear and tear after a couple of years.
