I recently bought some beauty products from Zest Beauty and, to be honest, it was kind of a letdown. I placed my order back on August 5th, but the shipping process was taking forever. I sent a bunch of emails following up, but my order ended up getting cancelled and I got my money back. It wasn't until October 24th that I finally got my stuff. I was pretty bummed about the lack of communication and how long it took to get everything sorted out. While I'm glad they refunded me, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again in the future.
