I had a really bad experience with Zest Beauty. I ordered some skincare products on February 26th, but I never got them. When I asked about my order on March 12th, they told me the product wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait another 14 days for a refund. This lack of communication and honesty is not okay. Zest Beauty really needs to work on their inventory and customer service.

I bought a phone case from this company not too long ago, but honestly, I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down. At first, they hooked me in with a discount deal, which sounded great since I was spending $120. But when I went to use the promo code at checkout, it totally bombed. So I reached out to customer service, hoping for some help. Let's just say it didn't go well - the person on the other end couldn't even get my address right and then just hung up on me. Rough.

Shoes that do not fit
I've had good experiences with this website before, but this time when I bought shoes that don't fit, I was really disappointed. They didn't include a shipping label for returns, so now I have to pay extra and take them to a shipping store myself. And I didn't know there would be a restocking fee, like others had mentioned in their reviews. Because of all these problems, I won't be shopping on this site again.

Starter pack purchase
I just bought the starter pack and was pretty impressed with everything that came in it. The quality of the products was good, except for the moisturizer. Honestly, it looked and felt kinda gross, like infected mucus or something. But even though it was off-putting, it worked really well for keeping my skin hydrated and smooth. Then I got a $10 off voucher in an email, so I went to the website to check out more stuff. But whoa, the prices were way too high. I thought they were unreasonably expensive, maybe trying to make up for giving away those free starter packs. The skincare routine and guide they gave me were awesome, but the steep prices for buying a full regimen made me hesitate to order again. The products worked, but the prices were a letdown.
