    Reservation mistake

    I just had the worst experience trying to get a refund for a hotel reservation I mistakenly made for the wrong date. I messed up and booked it for the wrong month, and by the time I realized, it was too late. I reached out to the booking website and the hotel to fix it, but they told me the hotel already gave them back the money, yet I hadn't been refunded. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they were no help at all and seemed all over the place. It left me feeling so frustrated and let down. Just a reminder to be extra careful when you're booking stuff like this and make sure to double-check everything so you don't end up in a mess like I did.

    The website had a lot of stuff to choose from, but a bunch of things were sold out, so it was hard to buy anything. Plus, the prices were way too high compared to other places. And when I got my frozen food delivery, some of it was warm, not good for keeping it safe to eat.

    The app was super easy to use, I had no trouble finding what I needed and checking out.     Oh my gosh, I can't believe how awful this place is! I placed an order back in December and it feels like it's taking forever to arrive. I haven't received my order or a refund yet. I reached out to their customer service, but they're not helpful at all. All they keep saying is that they're "looking into it," but they never follow through. I'm so frustrated right now. How are they still in business with so many bad reviews? I might have to contact my credit card company to file a claim and get my money back. Ugh, I'm never buying from here again!

When I asked about my order on March 12th, they told me the product wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait another 14 days for a refund. This lack of communication and honesty is not okay. Zest Beauty really needs to work on their inventory and customer service.
