Fraudulent Charges
I'm really upset with the terrible service and lack of communication at this company. I placed two orders pretty close together and still haven't gotten what I bought. I paid for the stuff, but when I asked about it, they said they don't even have a record of my orders. How can a company do business like that and not face any consequences? This whole situation has left me feeling so frustrated and let down.

This box is really awesome! I placed my order months ago and was so excited for it to show up. But man, it felt like it took forever to actually arrive. The shipping updates kept changing the delivery date and I never got any emails keeping me in the loop. When I finally contacted customer service, they didn't even give me a good explanation for the delay. It was super frustrating! But hey, at least I finally got it in the end.
