I just booked my airport parking through Parkos and it went really well. The process was easy and I could see all the prices to pick the best one. I liked how clear the pricing was and that there were lots of parking options to choose from. When I got back from my trip, the shuttle came quickly and got me back to my car fast. I just went through a really annoying situation with this website. They just went ahead and added bid packs to my account without even asking me first. Next thing I know, my credit card gets charged out of the blue. I wasn't keeping a close eye on things, so this move totally blindsided me. I expect to know what's going on with my purchases and have a say in them. This whole thing left me feeling let down and now I'm thinking twice about using their website again.

I just bought a murder mystery party game from this store and I have to say, I am beyond thrilled with how it all turned out. Brake pads
I just bought some brake pads from this company recently and man, I was so let down by the whole thing. The delivery took forever and when the package finally showed up, it looked like the part had already been used or sent back by somebody else. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, I had to make a bunch of phone calls and send a bunch of emails but nothing got resolved. They even wanted me to take pictures of the box and part, which felt like way too much. Honestly, this company needs to do a whole makeover starting from how they take orders to how they treat their customers.
