Prescription contacts
I had a terrible experience shopping at Target Optical for prescription contacts. Let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. Their system is all over the place, which made it nearly impossible to track my order accurately. Finally, when my contacts arrived, they had the wrong prescription! Can you believe that? Dealing with such a basic mistake was beyond frustrating. And the return process was a headache - I had to make two more requests. On top of all that, the refund I got was wrong, and they told me it would take another 3-10 business days to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reliable online contact provider like 1-800 contacts to save yourself the trouble.

Large order fulfillment issue
I placed a big order back on April 7th, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. So, I check on the order, and it's been stuck on 'fulfilled' since April 8th. Fast forward to May 1st, and my package is nowhere to be found. The website said it should have arrived within 2 weeks, but here I am still waiting. I've sent multiple emails and called their customer service line over and over, but all I get is either a busy signal or a message telling me to call back later. It's so frustrating, I wouldn't recommend placing an order right now.

I wouldn't recommend this website at all. I ordered something back on May 3rd, and it's already May 27th and still no sign of my order. To top it off, when I reach out to customer service, they don't bother calling me back. It's been super frustrating and disappointing dealing with them, so I definitely wouldn't suggest this site to anyone.

I installed these components in an old grooming table with just a few tweaks. The action is really smooth and it's a great rebuild kit. The quality is top-notch, the price is right, and the shipping was super fast. They packaged it up really professionally. Overall, I’d give it an A+++!

Flight booking
Booking a flight with this airline was a total nightmare. Their website checkout process was all messed up, giving me error messages and not even confirming my booking. Turns out, the airline went ahead and charged me a lot of money for multiple bookings I never even agreed to. Trying to fix this mess and get my money back was a huge pain that took forever. The customer service was terrible - no politeness, no help at all. They didn't even say sorry for their screw-ups and the staff wouldn't cooperate to fix anything. Overall, my experience with this airline was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

This company is in Hong Kong! Ordered a front camera. They didn’t ship out for 5 days and now it can take up to 25 days to arrive! Total BS. Don’t order from this company unless your ready to collect dust waiting on the part to arrive.

Frustrating!! There are pieces of the desk that do not bolt together because of wrong hole alignment. Not all pieces were numbered. No number to call and NOBODY emails back. Thanks for ruining our surprise for our son’s graduation. Never again!!

I've bought and sold a handful of items on Geartrade. There are always great deals to be found, their customer service team is super knowledgeable and nice and I've been able to sell some gear on the site.
