    I got the Dragon software and a mic ordered, but the mic never came! I've been waiting forever and Nuance doesn't seem to give a dang. It's really annoying! I even have to pay extra just to get it delivered. Real classy, Nuance.

    International shipping nightmare

    I had this crazy experience with a purchase I made recently. It was supposed to be a simple international order, but it turned into a total nightmare. The company I bought from was using a third-party vendor for shipping, and they somehow managed to send my package to Central Africa instead of the US. And to make things worse, they won't give me a refund! I've been dealing with their excuses, delays, and terrible customer service for three days now. All I want is my money back at this point.

    Electric table replacement parts

    I installed these components in an old grooming table with just a few tweaks. The action is really smooth and it's a great rebuild kit. The quality is top-notch, the price is right, and the shipping was super fast. They packaged it up really professionally. Overall, I’d give it an A+++!

    Online order missing items

    I just ordered 9 things from GNC online and only got 3 of them when the package showed up. I reached out to customer service right away to let them know, but they weren't very helpful. They just kept saying the same things over and over about needing to look into it more. They didn't give me any real help or tell me when I could get the rest of my order or a refund. It was really annoying and disappointing to deal with such bad customer service from a company like GNC.

    Gpen purchase - Mouthpiece heats up too much, short vape shut off time, hard to clean mouthpiece

    The mouthpiece on the Gpen gets way too hot, it can actually burn your lips, man. And on top of that, the vape shuts off after only 5 minutes, not enough time to finish vaping all the herbs, you know? Plus, cleaning the vent on the mouthpiece is a pain, and the material wears down fast, even after just one use. The temperature settings on the vape seem a little wonky, too. On the bright side, the vape is small and compact, which is cool, but they really need to work on the engineering to fix these problems.

    Pan set warranty issue

    I just bought a pan set from this company, and I'm really bummed because one of the pans started chipping after just a few weeks of use. I reached out to the company, gave them all the info they asked for, but they wouldn't honor the warranty and replace the crummy pan. It's so frustrating to see such poor customer service and no follow-through on their products.

    Power recliner purchase

    I recently got a power recliner from this place, and let me tell you, I am so disappointed with my whole experience. When I talked to the salesperson, I made sure to ask if the recliners they deliver are just as comfy as the ones in the store because of some past letdowns. But they reassured me that they would be. Well, turns out, that was a total fib. The recliner I got dropped off three weeks back feels like it's got barely any padding in the seat, and I can totally feel lumps and rock-hard spots that make it super uncomfortable to sit in. I'm feeling like I wasted a ton of money on a product that just doesn't meet my expectations at all. So yeah, I won't be telling others to shop at this store anytime soon.

    This company is in Hong Kong! Ordered a front camera. They didn’t ship out for 5 days and now it can take up to 25 days to arrive! Total BS. Don’t order from this company unless your ready to collect dust waiting on the part to arrive.

    Frustrating!! There are pieces of the desk that do not bolt together because of wrong hole alignment. Not all pieces were numbered. No number to call and NOBODY emails back. Thanks for ruining our surprise for our son’s graduation. Never again!!

    Glarry F style mandolin case

    Purchased this item 7 days ago and it hasn't been shipped. Glarry says its a FedEx problem, and FedEx says its Glarrys. Meantime, this item still sits in Glarrys warehouse and they refuse to cancel my order and refund my purchase. Poor business practices and this will be my last purchase from this company. They don't stand behind their shipping promises and refuse to make good on their own problems. They got their money, so screw the customer. Places like this should be avoided

    I ordered an electric bass for my daughter for band. I ordered it Monday and Fed Ex says label has been created but has not been given item. I emailed and called and left a message today. Have they responded to you?

    Same issue as Michelle. I called FedEx today and Glarry never sent them the package

    I ordered my bass on the 16th and on the site they marked it as shipped. So I thought it was shipped. Kept checking the UPS site. Label Created but wasn’t dropped off. They say on their site shipped within 24 hours and you get it in 5-7. Contacted them and they blamed UPS! Saying that the won’t pick up a truck full of items going out. Which is bull. I could call UPS and they’d be at my door that day. They won’t call then for individual items because businesses are charged for unscheduled pick ups. So UPS finally picked up up on the 21st! That’s 5 days after my purchase! Now it’s saying it’ll be here on the 30th! That’s 9 days with UPS. It’s a Christmas present so it won’t be here! I complained to them and said if it’s not there for Christmas they’ll refund me the entire amount. Great! But what do I have for under the tree? Lousy business practices!

    Vaporesso pm80

    Purchace a vaporesso pm80 and after one week it stop working. Left them an email and aftrr a week no responce. They even took down the bad review i left at their side so do not go by their five star rating. They remove all bat reviews.

    I experienced the same thing they took down my one star review. I never received my order
