Review about: Bonanza
First-time order with an online marketplace
So, I just tried ordering something online for the first time, and honestly, it was a bit of a mess. I got an email saying my stuff was coming from some other company, which was a surprise. And then the online store tells me they aren't working with that company anymore, so I'm basically on my own to sort things out with the seller. I was pretty upset because they didn't give me any help or support. It's not cool for a business to handle things like this, it just causes a lot of headaches and hassle for the customer.

Indulgent chocolates, luxurious treats, satisfying purchase
I love this chocolate brand! Every time I have their chocolates, it's always satisfying. The quality is amazing, and each bite feels so luxurious. They go so well with a cup of coffee, it's my favorite little indulgence. I try to limit myself, but I can't help but have some of these treats every day. Having Tassimo coffee with the chocolates is just perfect for me, it always makes me happy.

Reservation service
I had a really bad experience with this company. They took my reservation and payment over the phone but wouldn't cancel it unless they spoke directly to the person traveling. Their system is so inflexible and it was super frustrating to deal with. Booking a place to stay shouldn't be this difficult, and I was really disappointed with how little management seemed to be around.

Dog coat exchange
Oh my gosh, you won't believe what happened when I went to the store to exchange this dog coat I ordered online for a bigger size. The customer service was seriously terrible, ugh. This lady named Charmain wasn't even paying attention to me, just munching on a candy bar while she tossed my package on the counter and started bossing me around. It was so rude! I tried to explain that I just wanted to swap the coat, but she wouldn't even listen. Then the manager came over looking totally disheveled with no name tag, and I just gave in and ended up paying extra to get out of there. Talk about the worst customer service experience ever.

Hair dye purchase
I bought 3 pots of hair dye from this company to get a cool new look, but they didn't work like I hoped. When I asked Attitude Clothing for help, they were nice at first and said they'd talk to the manufacturer for me. But as soon as I mentioned wanting a refund, they stopped talking to me, which made me mad and ignored. It's been tough dealing with this problem, and nobody seems willing to fix it.

Bath products purchase
The bath products at this store are just amazing! I recently bought some stuff online and was so happy with all the different options they had. The products are top-notch and smell so good. The only downside was that one of the items was missing from my order when I got it. But when I contacted customer service, they told me it was on backorder, which I wish they had told me earlier. Thankfully, I got the missing item within two weeks and was really happy with how everything turned out. The customer service team was really helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back again because of the awesome products and service!

Hey, I really like these products, but they always seem to forget something! I ordered a bunch of stuff on sale, but when the package arrived, some things were missing. And to make matters worse, they didn't even tell me until weeks later when I messaged them. Not cool at all. Plus, the prices are pretty steep if you ask me.

Last Thursday, me and my friends decided to check out the 25th Putnam County Spelling Bee at this awesome theater in Skokie, IL. We snagged tickets for just $29 each, which was a sweet deal. And, can you believe it? Our seats were right up front! Getting those tickets on Goldstar was a breeze.

name necklace
first of all, I ordered 2 necklaces with my name on them in MAY! Both of the colors were wrong. I emailed them TWO days after and they said they can only give me a %40 refund. So then I asked if they can at least send me a free necklace, A CHEAP ONE. And they had the audacity to ask how cheap. It was only 19 dollars and they agreed. It then hit July and I kept constantly emailing them. I never received the necklace and I decided to email them again in January and they said I exceeded the 90-day policy when I clearly emailed them a week after I ordered them, they just didn't wanna send me a new one. DO NOT ORDER. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
That’s horrible I’m trying to cancel my order I emailed them and they haven’t emailed me back I really hope they cancel it I wanted the necklace I order before Valentines and it says it’s coming after the 18th of this month
