DedCool: A decent fragrance brand, nothing exceptional
I've been using DedCool's products for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with them. I appreciate that they use all natural ingredients and that they're cruelty-free. I've tried a few of their scents and haven't been disappointed yet.
My favorite scent is the "Musk" one. It's a nice, subtle smell that's not overpowering. I also like the "Cedarwood" scent a lot. It's a bit stronger but still not too overwhelming. I've been using the cedarwood one as an aftershave and it works great.
I also appreciate that they have a wide variety of products available. They have colognes, perfumes, and room sprays. I've used the room sprays to freshen up my living space and it works great.
The packaging is also really nice. The bottles are sleek and minimalist, which I appreciate.
The only downside is the price point. It's a bit on the higher side, but I do feel like the quality justifies the cost.
Overall, I would recommend DedCool to anyone looking for high-quality, all-natural fragrance products. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future.Ethical and responsive company
I recently bought some stuff from this company and let me tell you, their team is amazing. This wasn't my first time ordering from them, and every time I'm impressed by how much they care about making their customers happy. There was one time when something I bought was messed up, but when I let them know, they fixed it right away and sent me a new one without any problems. It's obvious that they really care about their customers and they do things the right way. Not only is their customer service great, but their products are top-notch too. The scents are so good and the products really do work wonders. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants high-quality, ethically-made products.
Fragrance order for sister
I ordered some stuff back in November, and now it's mid-December, but I still haven't gotten anything. The automated responses I'm getting are not very helpful or personal. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work, and when I looked it up on the USPS site, it showed that my package is just hanging out in the Los Angeles warehouse. It's frustrating to get those messages like "Your order is on the way!" when the truth is my package is still MIA. And it's pretty disappointing that they're saying once USPS has it, it's not their problem anymore. I think as a customer, I deserve better service and communication, especially around this time of year when things are crazy.
