    Domain registration and web hosting

    The platform makes it super easy to register domains and get web hosting services. I really like having the 2FA security option, it gives me peace of mind knowing my account is safe. But the logout feature in the settings was a bit confusing to me, I think they could make it more user-friendly. On the bright side, the German translation on the platform was top-notch, it helps non-English speakers get around the site with no problem.

    I went to get my car checked out and the people there were so serious and all business-like. They were following all the rules and stuff, which got on my nerves at first. But then the guy there explained why they needed to deduct some money from the original price they quoted me. I guess it made sense in the end.

    I recently bought some bison filet, elk tips, and elk burgers from this company and let me tell you, I was super impressed. The meat quality was top-notch and the flavor was downright delicious. The bison was tender, the elk tips were juicy and bite-size, and the elk burgers were packed with flavor. I still have more goodies to try from my subscription box, but I'm really happy with everything so far. And I gotta give a shoutout to those cooking and recipe cards that came with the box - they made the whole cooking and grilling process a lot easier for a newbie like me.

    I didn't order HP Eliebook 840

    An order was submitted through eBay that I didn't order. I attempted to cancel the transaction 3 times but wasn't allowed to. This site billed my credit card without my authorization and said they were shipping this laptop. I canceled the transaction through my credit card company for fraud. Laptop didn't arrive anyway but I figued this was a scam.

    Wellue Chest strap heart rate monitor

    My review is for their Tech Support. My heart rate monitor stopped working correctly after a couple of months. It would either not be able to sync to a heart rate or show a heart rate that was very erratic. I contacted Tech Support via email and they stayed with me over a period of 1 week while we tried every thing possible to trouble shoot the device. Response via email was always within 1 day and the trouble shooting ideas were very good. In the end we could NOT resolve the problem and they sent me a new device. Excellent Tech Service.

    Don't get this monitor. Company does NOT honor warranty.
    I got one of these about 8 months ago. It only worked for 2 months then quit. Customer support sent me another one after I sent the broken one back. It only lasted 3 months and stopped working. I sent it back and got one more. Now this one is not working and they will NOT send me any more. I am still under the one year warranty. Their feedback was that they sent me 2 replacements. My feedback to them was that both replacements broke within 3 months. This is with daily use for exercise and running. Now I have nothing that works and they will not send me any more replacements. When it works its great, but I can't get one that works for more than a couple of months.

    Bought a board in October 2020 as a Christmas present for my kids. Arrived on time but it did not work out of the box. After sending three videos, I was told they had a batch of bad batteries and replacements were on back order. I continued to hear this story for several months. In April, six months after my purchase, I stopped payment through my credit card on the last day of my credit card protection plan. Lycaon then decided to respond and said I cheated them and were not going to send the battery. I’ve offered to pay for the board if they send a battery and it works. I’ve also offered to return the board. They don’t respond any longer. Very disappointing as the board looks good and im sure it would have been fun.

    My partner approached you store in Chartwell. They did not have the size of the item. So they rang your store at the Base. They had one and it was put aside for my partner.
    We were not to keen on going ther given traffic etc/.... Option of getting item to store we were in was offered..
    We opted to travel to the Base..
    Everything went perfectly.
    This happened around 1.30- 2.30pm.
    We were served by a young lady who was I would describe as part euorpean/ maori or islander.. I would just like to say that she was delightful and it was a pleasure and great fun being served by her,. Given queue she had dealt with prior to us her customer service could only be described as excellent.
    Glassons should feel privileged to have her as one of their representatvies.

    Really badass collections!

    I bought a shirt from here and its so cool. Not just the print is good in quality but the quality of the shirt is really amazing.
    I dunno why i never tried this before but i am going to more stuff more.
    The rate is not that expensive but again it can be little bit extra.
    Alpha defence co is recommended for its quality, so no matter what you bought, it will be good.
    Also the services are amazingly good too.

    Seems like they either over extended themselves, or it's a scam company. They don't answer emails or texts, so...

    I placed an ordered on 2/9/20, since then I've written several emails with no response. I cannot get an answer from customer service. When I ordered on 2/9/20 it said 2-5 days delivery. At this point I just want my money back.

    I ordered on 2/5/2020 and got a confirmation that it was received but i haven't received anything else from them. I sent multiple emails in response to the confirmation but also no reply from this Company.

    I ordered on 3/24/20 and received a confirmation. On 3/29/20 I received an email stating to add another 72 hours to my delivery due to protecting their employees .I called to cancel my order but no answer to phones calls or Emails.

    Waited on their chat line for over 40 min. started at #26 in line. Finally got on with Shakira who said she would check into my order status as I never received a tracking number.. Got cut off and bounced back down to # 40 on the list! Still don't know the status of my order. Wish I would have check here before I placed my order.

    I ordered the beginning of Feburary. I asked countless times for an answer as to where my items are and no response. Up until last night 3-30-20 I got a response only because I threatened to take them to court if they dont respond or give me my money back. They sure didnt hesitate to semd it right away. Truly wish I wouldve came here to read the reviews..

    I should have done my due diligence before ordering from a fraudulent company like Alpha Defense. Well this totally sucks.

    Put an order in 3/34/20, after no returned emails, waited over 90 mins to speak with a csr who still didnt have a tracking number. Company is a fraud. It's now 4-3-20 and still no tracking number.

    This company looks like another scam. I purchased an order back in early February and received a
    conformation number only to be followed by an email. The email said my order was on back ordered. I tried contacting them but no answer. I also tired the on line chat only to very told it will take up to two weeks to get a reply back. Well I guess now its time to make some phone calls. This gas to be put to a stop. This is scamming. Time to pay up.

    Ordered on 3/22 and received my items two weeks later. I was getting a bit worried as I've already been scammed once recently and took about 9 days after purchase to get my email that the order was shipped.     I placed my order on 4/18/2020 and have only received my order confirmation. I swear they took my money before I even hit "Submit Order". All I can say is I'm so glad I had an 80% off coupon! By the sound of it, if I do ever receive my order, I will not be getting the face shields that I ordered. I'm hoping to get them sooner than later for the fact that I am immunocompromised, but I'm definitely not very hopeful after reading all of these reviews. With that being said, as long as I get my order the hubby and I can still use them when we ride the bike. If I don't, they can bet their sweet asses I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

    I really wished I would have checked into this company before ordering. I spent 45 dollars and paid 25 dollars for priority shipping only to figure out this place is a scam, I would have never ordered from them had it not said "VET OWNED"..... Off to the bank I go then to BBB, good luck with your company after all these people send in complaints.

    Orderd a couple of 5 packs so we can share. Everyone wanted a couple of the blackout American flags. Anyways got 15 all black. This was supposed to be split between 5 people for 2 blackouts and 1 black. They shipped 15 solid black which reading these reviews seems to be the normal for them.. Yes quick to take the money.. then instead of sending what we ordered they just went and sent what they wanted. Don't want them, we didn't order all black and wouldn't have ordered if blackout American flag wasn't an option.. Going to give them a chance to make it right but not going to wait another month otherwise going to file a dispute with the CC.

    DO NOY BUY FROM SUPERGOODDEALS.COM. I ordered 3 sets of masks about $120 total. I got an email the next day with a tracking number from DHL however it only indicated that DHL had received an electronic notification that a package is to be shipped and is awaiting transfer to the DHL location - meaning that these crooks only printed a shipping ticket. That was 4 weeks ago. I spoke to Kevin and he gave me the run around but told me that they have masks in their staten island warehouse and ship them directly out. Sounds like complete BS. Then i emailed, used their chat and still i get nonsense response that they are aware of shipping bottlenecks and proactively work to resolve them with their shippers. However they clearly never provided DHL with the package per the tracking info. I now have to waste more time to initiate a dispute. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will spend the rest of my work from home time putting up this review.

    I am expecting exactly same situation as Tom. I ordered 50 surgical masks on 3/21/20. I got the tracking number next day but the item hasn’t arrived yet. I sent chat messages twice and left messages twice on the answering machine. This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them

    Exactly the same experience as everyone else. The seller had the gall to respond to the dispute I filed with PayPal with a USPS tracking number claiming that the package was delivered on 3/24, which as we all know is not true. How can they get this tracking set up if nothing was sent? Mind you the tracking only says it was delivered to New York, NY and the zip code. Doesn’t have my full address or name on it, so the seller could have sent an empty envelope to an address in the same zip code as mine!!! Truly despicable! Has anyone here heard from PayPal? In my case they have all the info from both the seller and myself and will be reaching a decision by May 13th. However, it seems to me that since they have received complaints about supergooddeals from other people on here, they ought to be aware of the scam and refund our money. I would love to hear about your experience with PayPal. Thank you!
