International money transfer
Wow, that was such a nightmare! I tried to send money overseas and it was a complete disaster. Their customer service is so terrible - I had to call them more times than I've ever had to with any other company. They're just a bunch of incompetent fools who can't seem to do anything right. I highly recommend avoiding this mess.

Gift purchase for friend's 40th birthday
I recently bought a gift for my friend's 40th birthday online last Wednesday and was hoping it would get to her by Saturday, her birthday. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday, way past the special day. The website promised a 1-2 day international express delivery for the location, but the order didn't even leave the UK until a day after I placed it. When I reached out to customer service for help, I only got a single unhelpful response before they disappeared, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. It's disheartening to see all the negative comments about the company's customer service. Overall, the whole thing was disappointing and made me feel like my time and money weren't appreciated.

Cell phone purchase
I bought a cell phone from this website and man, let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. I handed over the cash up front and was told I'd have to twiddle my thumbs for a whole month waiting for it to show up. I wasn't overjoyed about that but went with it. Then, after waiting a month and then some, I get an email saying they ran out because everyone and their grandma wanted one. Seriously? Not cool, not professional. And to add insult to injury, I also had an order for a mobile charger and a smartwatch that got the same "out of stock" treatment. Dealing with a company that can't keep their word and still charges you for stuff they don't even have is beyond irritating.

Refund from 3-year-old flight
So, I had this really old flight that I wanted to get a refund for and AirHelp totally helped me out, but it took a long time. I mean, seriously, it took like 6 whole months just to get everything sorted. But hey, at least I didn't have to deal with those annoying airlines by myself, so that's a positive, right? They took a pretty big portion out of my refund though, around 30%, which kind of stinks, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I'm pretty happy that they reached out to me and got me my money back.

Knee sleeves
Oh my gosh, I am loving these knee sleeves I got! I was kinda unsure about buying them at first, but I took the plunge and I'm super happy I did. They're seriously comfy and they've been doing wonders for my knees. It's only been a short time, but I can already feel the improvement. I would totally suggest these to anyone dealing with knee issues!

Family trip ruined by random seating
My family and I were really looking forward to our trip, but Malaysia Airlines totally messed it up by splitting us up on both flights out of the blue, even though we checked in online as soon as we could. Thankfully, we managed to plead with the airport staff and sit together on one flight. And get this - the plane wasn't even packed! It was super annoying, to say the least.

Extra-wide shoes, orthotic insoles, Arch Boosters
I'm absolutely in love with these shoes and slippers I got from here! They come in extra wide sizes which are just what I need for my feet. The orthotic insoles and Arch Boosters make them incredibly comfortable and supportive. Normally, I have custom orthotics for long walks, but the ones included with these shoes work great for my other pairs as well. My absolute favorite has got to be the Delta boots, they're just perfect for taking my dog out for a walk every single day.

Softening beard products
I came across this company recently, thanks to a mention on a popular morning show talking about their beard softening products. I figured I'd give it a shot and after using them for a few days, I can really feel the difference in how soft my facial hair is. Unlike other brands I've tried, the softness from Scotch Porter seems to stick around longer, keeping my beard feeling more under control and less prickly throughout the day. However, I have to admit, I'm not loving the scent of the products. It reminds me of an old beeswax candle and can be a bit overwhelming, especially since it's right under my nose and close to my mouth. It's not the worst, but it does make me cringe a little, especially if a hair ends up in my mouth. Despite the scent issue, I'm pretty happy with how well the beard wash, leave-in conditioner, and styling product work. I'm excited to give the beard mask and rinse-out conditioner a try as well. Overall, the products get the job done, but I definitely think they could work on improving the scent.

240 Euro Subscription i did not ask for
Shameful business model! The 30 day free trial ended, and without warning, they substracted 240euro from my bank account! They subscribed me to the most expensive plan they had! Especially during these times, money is very tight, and sofatutor is just abusing the situation! Disgraceful!
Sofatutor has just informed me that they have cancelled my subscription so I'm very happy - hope they did the same with yours Vladimir and a much happier customer!
Sofatutor has just "auto renewed" my subscription. We have had a change in our circumstances and do no longer need the service. However, they did not get in touch in advance of the renewal to give me a chance to cancel it and now I have to pay 300 Swiss francs for something we won't use. They just refer to "our policy that you accepted when you signed up". Well, speak about customer care - this company is opportunistic and just wants to get money for nothing - STAY AWAY!
