I used this bag a few times as a carry-on, and the clasp broke in my hand. The plastic mechanism is not durable at all. I've been waiting for support for 4 weeks now to figure out what to do, but still no solution. I have an upcoming trip in just 2 weeks, so now I have to buy a new bag. The support team keeps saying they're waiting to hear back from their warranty team, but it seems like a really small company, so I don't understand why it's taking so long unless they use a third party for warranties. It's not worth the money, I would suggest going with a more reputable brand even if it's more expensive. I feel like I wasted almost $400 on this bag since I only used it twice. On my last trip, one of the wheels also started acting up, but I don't even want to bother asking for help with this issue after the lack of help with the clasp problem. And there's no defined response time for support.

Flight cancellation and lack of communication
My recent experience with the airline was a real letdown. My flight got canceled because of a technical issue, which I get can happen. But the way they handled it was a mess. They put me up in a hotel, but then left me hanging without any updates or contact for 1.5 days. I only got emails about flight times that were wrong and cancellations after my original flight was already gone. When I finally went to the airport, there wasn't even a flight scheduled. Because of their lack of communication, I had to shell out an extra $800 on 3 connecting flights thanks to their bad info. The only reason we even found out what was going on was because the hotel staff extended our stay. This total breakdown in communication is not cool and made me feel so mad and grossed out by the airline not stepping up.
