I've been trying out the recipes from this meal subscription service and I gotta say, they are delicious and really get my creative cooking juices flowing. The variety and quality of the dishes are top-notch, way better than any other meal subscription I've signed up for. However, one thing I did notice is that there's a lot of fat in the ground meat, especially the ground beef. That might be a red flag for folks who are watching their diet and trying to stay healthy. On top of that, I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service. They don't really seem to care much and they won't own up to any mistakes with the delivery boxes unless you provide photo proof, which is a total hassle for us customers.

Oh my gosh, I got this chair cover and it was like a bunch of rags sewn together, not what I was looking for at all. They even recommended putting rubber pieces on my leather chair, like really? And the return policy is super strict. Ugh, do not even bother, stay away!

The way Africa and African American women are portrayed in that clothing line is just so disappointing. It's like they're using these old, tired stereotypes with bulging eyes and stuff, which is totally disrespectful. I really don't like seeing a brand try to profit off of black people in such a negative way. It would be way better if companies would take more care to be culturally aware and show more diversity in their designs instead of spreading harmful stereotypes.

4th use bag broke
I used this bag a few times as a carry-on, and the clasp broke in my hand. The plastic mechanism is not durable at all. I've been waiting for support for 4 weeks now to figure out what to do, but still no solution. I have an upcoming trip in just 2 weeks, so now I have to buy a new bag. The support team keeps saying they're waiting to hear back from their warranty team, but it seems like a really small company, so I don't understand why it's taking so long unless they use a third party for warranties. It's not worth the money, I would suggest going with a more reputable brand even if it's more expensive. I feel like I wasted almost $400 on this bag since I only used it twice. On my last trip, one of the wheels also started acting up, but I don't even want to bother asking for help with this issue after the lack of help with the clasp problem. And there's no defined response time for support.

Jeans and sweatshirt
I ordered a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt from this one store, and let me tell you, it was a disaster! They refused to accept returns for two out of the three items I wanted to return. Those two items were completely useless, they didn't fit me or anyone in my family. And then, for the one item they did accept for a return, they charged me $8 for return shipping and deducted it from my refund amount. I barely got any money back, it felt like I wasted it all. I definitely won't be ordering from them ever again, ugh!

I got these sneakers from this brand recently and man, I gotta say, I'm so disappointed. I recently bought a mystery box with high hopes of getting cool and unique stuff to add to my collection. However, the whole thing was a letdown. Even though I ordered way ahead of time to make sure I'd get it by Christmas, it didn't show up until December 30th. The customer service was meh, just giving me canned responses that didn't really help. And what was inside the box? A crummy t-shirt, two lame badges, and a terrible Dracula figure. The packaging even looked like someone messed with it. All in all, this purchase was a huge bummer and definitely not what I was expecting.

Flight cancellation and lack of communication
My recent experience with the airline was a real letdown. My flight got canceled because of a technical issue, which I get can happen. But the way they handled it was a mess. They put me up in a hotel, but then left me hanging without any updates or contact for 1.5 days. I only got emails about flight times that were wrong and cancellations after my original flight was already gone. When I finally went to the airport, there wasn't even a flight scheduled. Because of their lack of communication, I had to shell out an extra $800 on 3 connecting flights thanks to their bad info. The only reason we even found out what was going on was because the hotel staff extended our stay. This total breakdown in communication is not cool and made me feel so mad and grossed out by the airline not stepping up.

I just bought some stuff from Cytoplan and most of it was good, but I was bummed when I saw that one of the products had missing or broken capsules. That product was kinda pricey and super important for my patient's treatment. I reached out to Cytoplan right away to let them know and discuss how this affected my patient's progress.
