Difficulty purchasing digital gift card
I had a really bad time trying to buy a SpaFinder e-gift card online as a Christmas present. My credit cards kept getting denied, and some were rejected right away - showing the problem was on SpaFinder's side, not the banks'. Even though my banks didn't flag anything as fraud, the charges just wouldn't go through. It was all so aggravating and annoying that I've decided to never use this company again.

Steel storage bin with spot weld issue
I bought a steel storage bin, and when I was putting it together, one of the spot welds came off. I reached out to the manufacturer right away but haven't heard anything back or received a replacement part. Now I'm stuck with a half-finished storage bin that I really needed. The customer service from Seville Classics is really lacking, especially when you consider how bad the welds are on the product.

Quick delivery, beautifully packaged items, responsive customer service
I just wanted to share that I recently received my order from the store and I was really happy with it. Everything came quickly and was packaged nicely. The quality of the products was great - they fit well and were super comfy to wear. There was just one item that didn't quite meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. The customer service team at the store was amazing, they were really responsive and helped me with the return process. Overall, my shopping experience at this store was awesome and I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Ratcheting pruning shears
I've always thought highly of your products, but I was let down by the ratcheting pruning shears I recently bought. They were made in Taiwan and just didn't meet my expectations. The manufacturing quality wasn't great, and they had too much plastic, making for a below average product. Being an engineer, I could tell the blade wasn't lining up with the strike plate properly, and the ratcheting mechanism felt cheap. Those are pretty big issues in my book. I was disappointed with the shears, so I ended up returning them, figuring I could find better ones at Home Depot or somewhere else. It's sad to see a brand I used to trust put out products like this.
