Sneakers purchase
I bought some sneakers from that store not too long ago, and let me tell you, dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. I had a problem with my delivery address, so I hit them up for some help. But all I got was a brief response in the fourth email chain, with no explanation as to why my package got sent back to them. It was really frustrating how they didn't keep me in the loop or give me any info. Just left me feeling let down and annoyed with the whole thing.
High import fee on order
I was pretty bummed when I found out that on top of my $200 order, I also had to pay a $93 import fee. I live in Canada and had no idea that the company was in Germany, so those extra costs caught me off guard and honestly, it was pretty annoying. Plus, the fact that all the prices were in CAD didn't clue me in on the potential import fees. Now, I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from that store in the future.
Nike Runners
BSTN DO NOT sell official Nike runners!!! The manufactures they use don't make them the size as per the official Nike size chart!!! THEY SELL FAKES!!!!!! I sent back a pair and they will not refund my money!!! Don't buy from this fake store!
