Educational electronics kit
I recently got this cool electronics set that was super educational and fun. The company that sells it really impressed me with how great their product is and how helpful their customer service team was. The kit wasn't just fun and informative, it was also really well-made and easy to use. When I messed up and put the wrong address for shipping, I thought I'd never get my package. But Creation Crate's team went out of their way to help me fix the problem. They quickly sent me another kit without any trouble. I was so thankful for their fast response and for being so helpful. Arduino Project Kit
I recently bought this Arduino Project kit and was super pumped to dive into it and really get into the world of electronics. But, man, I gotta say I was kinda let down by this whole 10% discount situation. So, basically, they offered me this discount if I gave them my email but when I got the code, it didn't work when I tried to use it at checkout. Pretty frustrating, you know? Made me feel like I got played with the whole false advertising deal. But hey, setting that aside, the kit itself was actually pretty solid. Instructions were on point, easy to understand, and the projects were a fun challenge. It was cool to learn more about coding and circuits through hands-on experience.
Coding and circuit building subscription
I've been really impressed with this coding and circuit building subscription box I got recently. It's hard to find educational tech kits that are both fun and challenging for teenagers, but this one definitely went above and beyond. The projects in the box are exciting to put together, and they help you learn important skills in circuit building and coding. The way the projects get more challenging each month keeps things engaging and makes sure you're always learning and getting better. I've done projects like the LED Dice Game and Memory Game with teenagers, and they really enjoyed them.
Subscription box for electronics projects
I bought a subscription box for electronics projects from this service not long ago. The kit came quickly and the packaging was good, with easy-to-follow instructions. 18 Project Classroom Access
My son and I bought the 18 project classroom access, but unfortunately the access code we got was invalid. We couldn't get into the online classroom, which was a big bummer. Even though we received all the hardware we needed, not being able to access the classroom experience was a major disappointment. Having access to the instructional videos and information would have been super helpful for us to really benefit and learn from the projects.
Three-kit order
I ordered three kits, but got all confused and thought I only got one. I was totally freaking out, but then Ella from customer service came to the rescue! She fixed everything the same day and now I'm so happy with my three kits. Thanks a million, Ella!
Coding kit purchase
I picked up this awesome coding kit and it's been a blast to play around with. The instructions were a bit tricky to follow at first, but once I got the hang of it, everything went pretty smoothly. I did realize that a few parts were missing or not like the ones in the video, which kind of bugged me. Dealing with customer service was a pain too since I could only chat with them and had to wait forever for a reply. But all in all, the product is neat and I'm stoked to dive deeper into software coding.
Project kit with lots of wires and LED's
When I first got my project kit, I was so excited to see all the different wires and LED's and diodes that came with it! It was like opening up a treasure chest full of possibilities. I spent hours playing around with the circuits and making some really cool creations. I even tried to guess what would happen with different configurations. And whenever I had a question, I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this project kit to all of my friends! 👍
Challenging, exciting, educational
These kits are seriously awesome - they're super durable! And let me tell ya, they're pretty rad too. Believe it or not, I'm actually picking up some new skills as I assemble them, which is a huge plus for me. I ran into a snag when one of the kits was missing a few pieces, but their customer service was top-notch. They replied fast and sent out the missing parts without any issues. I really respect a company that cares about their customers and is dedicated to their satisfaction.
Engineering Box
I recently got this awesome Engineering Box, but when I opened it up, I realized that some parts were actually missing. I reached out to them through email a total of three times, and after three days, I finally got the missing parts delivered to me. However, I still needed some assistance with a coding problem, and it took over a week for them to respond to me. It's frustrating when you spend money on something and it doesn't work like it should.
Coding kit
I recently got this awesome coding kit, and it's been a blast creating things with it. However, the customer service is seriously lacking. I requested an address change, and they claimed they made the change, but I'm still receiving packages at my old address and not getting any response to my emails. It's frustrating, feels like I'm talking to a wall! The product is great, but if they keep ignoring me, I might have to ask my mom to dispute the charge on her credit card.
STEM kit for son
My son loves STEM and this kit is just what he needed. It's way more fun and engaging than other science kits we've gotten. The only bummer was that the shipping took longer than expected, but we made it work. Overall, he's obsessed with it!
Robot kits and weather kit
I just bought a couple of robot kits and a weather kit from this company. Everything went smoothly when I placed my order, but when the package arrived, I only got one robot kit. I was pretty bummed because I wanted to give both kits as gifts to my grandsons, and I really wanted to have the full order.
Coding project kit
The kit I got was awesome! It came with really clear instructions, which made putting it together super fun. It was cool to learn how everything worked. I did have some trouble in a few spots, but my parents helped me figure it out. All in all, working on my coding project was a blast!
Electronics challenge course subscription
I really love this electronics challenge course subscription! Every time a new project comes in, I get so excited. It's great to know I can have fun and learn some cool skills at the same time. The projects can be tough, but when I complete them, I feel like a total boss. I especially love showing off my creations and explaining how they work. This is seriously the best thing ever.
Electronic to Engineering switch and missing part replacement
Creation Crate was amazing when I had to change my subscription from Electronic to Engineering and a part went missing. I sent them an email and they responded really fast, within a day or two. They were able to assist me and even changed my subscription type and shipped the missing parts at no charge. Their customer service is fantastic and I'm extremely pleased with them!
Fun building kits
I had a blast putting together those kits! They were really awesome and I totally felt like a genius once I got them done. However, I did run into some issues with parts not fitting properly, so hopefully they'll address that in the next release. The lessons themselves were alright, but there were times when they felt either too lengthy or too brief.
Science kit
I ordered this science kit like forever ago, but my package got sent back cause of my dumb address mistake. I talked to customer service, and they promised to send it again, but it's been crickets ever since. No tracking number, no follow-up. I tried reaching out again, but they're ghosting me now. Waiting for this kit for ages with no updates is really driving me crazy.
Returned merchandise credit
I returned something for a credit, but it seriously took forever for me to get my money back. I had to keep bugging them with emails because they wouldn't respond. I'm pretty upset about how they didn't follow through on what they promised.
