Educational electronics kit
I recently got this cool electronics set that was super educational and fun. The company that sells it really impressed me with how great their product is and how helpful their customer service team was. The kit wasn't just fun and informative, it was also really well-made and easy to use. When I messed up and put the wrong address for shipping, I thought I'd never get my package. But Creation Crate's team went out of their way to help me fix the problem. They quickly sent me another kit without any trouble. I was so thankful for their fast response and for being so helpful. I can't wait to start my next project and see what else Creation Crate has to offer in the world of learning.
Coding kit purchase
I picked up this awesome coding kit and it's been a blast to play around with. The instructions were a bit tricky to follow at first, but once I got the hang of it, everything went pretty smoothly. I did realize that a few parts were missing or not like the ones in the video, which kind of bugged me. Dealing with customer service was a pain too since I could only chat with them and had to wait forever for a reply. But all in all, the product is neat and I'm stoked to dive deeper into software coding.
Project kit with lots of wires and LED's
When I first got my project kit, I was so excited to see all the different wires and LED's and diodes that came with it! It was like opening up a treasure chest full of possibilities. I spent hours playing around with the circuits and making some really cool creations. I even tried to guess what would happen with different configurations. And whenever I had a question, I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this project kit to all of my friends! 👍
Challenging, exciting, educational
These kits are seriously awesome - they're super durable! And let me tell ya, they're pretty rad too. Believe it or not, I'm actually picking up some new skills as I assemble them, which is a huge plus for me. I ran into a snag when one of the kits was missing a few pieces, but their customer service was top-notch. They replied fast and sent out the missing parts without any issues. I really respect a company that cares about their customers and is dedicated to their satisfaction.
STEM kit for son
My son loves STEM and this kit is just what he needed. It's way more fun and engaging than other science kits we've gotten. The only bummer was that the shipping took longer than expected, but we made it work. Overall, he's obsessed with it!
Electronics challenge course subscription
I really love this electronics challenge course subscription! Every time a new project comes in, I get so excited. It's great to know I can have fun and learn some cool skills at the same time. The projects can be tough, but when I complete them, I feel like a total boss. I especially love showing off my creations and explaining how they work. This is seriously the best thing ever.
Science kit
I ordered this science kit like forever ago, but my package got sent back cause of my dumb address mistake. I talked to customer service, and they promised to send it again, but it's been crickets ever since. No tracking number, no follow-up. I tried reaching out again, but they're ghosting me now. Waiting for this kit for ages with no updates is really driving me crazy.
Subscription box
I was super excited to get my subscription box from this company because I heard such good things about their stuff. But man, was I bummed when I saw that I got charged for more than one box when I only wanted one. The customer service peeps were cool and fixed it, but they should've been clearer from the start. Anyway, I still liked what was in the box and thought it was a fun and educational project.
Defective product, slow response time
I was so pumped to get this cool project from the company, thinking it would be a dope gift for my kiddo. But man, oh man, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when we realized a key piece was missing. My little one was trying to put it all together and couldn't because that spacer was nowhere to be found. I get that mistakes happen, but what really got me bummed out was how the company didn't even bother to hit me back. I shot them a bunch of emails, but it's been crickets on their end for days now. This slow response time ain't cutting it, especially when we're on a tight schedule to finish this thing. I dig the idea behind this crate, but the lack of communication and slow problem-solving have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
DIY Electronics Kit
I found this cool DIY electronics kit on social media and thought I'd give it a shot. I've been wanting to learn about electronics for a while now, so I went for it and got the whole 18 project kit. Right now, I'm on my third project and it's been pretty fun and interesting. But, I did notice that the tutorial site looks kinda old compared to the fancy sales site. It's not a big deal, but it does make learning a little less fun.
