Birkenstock EVA Arizona sandals
I got these really cute Arizona sandals from The Hut, and they came right in time for summer! I couldn't find the color I wanted locally, so I had to order them from The Hut. They came pretty quickly, and they looked just like how they were described online. And they were wrapped up nicely in paper and cardboard. Shoutout to Alex V for checking everything out!

Late shipment, bad baby food, unreliable customer service
My experience with this online food service was really disappointing. I had high hopes when I placed my first order, but it ended up arriving way later than expected. This meant that the baby food inside was no longer good to give to my little one. I reached out to their customer service hoping to fix things, but all they could offer was a credit back. The problem was I needed the food for my baby right away. They told me the food package I needed was sold out. How can a company say they help parents when they can't even get orders right? The whole thing was a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.

Received incorrect size
I bought an Extra Small coat, but got a Medium one instead. I reached out to customer service, and they said I had to cover the shipping to send it back. I was pretty bummed about it. I think if the company messes up, the customer shouldn't have to pay extra. The product was fine, but the wrong size and added costs really turned me off.

I recently got the Premium Kit from Only Skin and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well it's been working for me. I really can't stand this app! It keeps logging me out and forgetting my password. I can't even get anything done because it's always kicking me out of my account. It's such a hassle and such a time-waster. Avid, please just get rid of this app altogether. I just want to use Pro Tools without the headache of struggling to log in for hours.

I bought three bottles of fish oil back on August 27th, and it's been like two weeks and some change since then and still no sign of my order. I tried hitting them up through email a bunch of times but no one got back to me. Finally got ahold of a customer service rep, who had no clue where my stuff was at. Then they hit me with the news that the manufacturer sent the wrong stuff and asked if I wanted to just cancel. To top it off, the rep I talked to had a total crappy attitude, and now I'm waiting on the manager to hit me back. Can't believe this mess.
