Received incorrect size
I bought an Extra Small coat, but got a Medium one instead. I reached out to customer service, and they said I had to cover the shipping to send it back. I was pretty bummed about it. I think if the company messes up, the customer shouldn't have to pay extra. The product was fine, but the wrong size and added costs really turned me off.

I really can't stand this app! It keeps logging me out and forgetting my password. I can't even get anything done because it's always kicking me out of my account. It's such a hassle and such a time-waster. Avid, please just get rid of this app altogether. I just want to use Pro Tools without the headache of struggling to log in for hours.

Three bottles of fish oil
I bought three bottles of fish oil back on August 27th, and it's been like two weeks and some change since then and still no sign of my order. I tried hitting them up through email a bunch of times but no one got back to me. Finally got ahold of a customer service rep, who had no clue where my stuff was at. Then they hit me with the news that the manufacturer sent the wrong stuff and asked if I wanted to just cancel. To top it off, the rep I talked to had a total crappy attitude, and now I'm waiting on the manager to hit me back. Can't believe this mess.

I just ordered some custom stuff from this store and had to try out a bunch of sizes and fabrics. The support team there really went above and beyond to help me out and got my order ready super fast, which was awesome 'cause I didn't have to go searching for everything on my own. And to top it off, they gave me the discount that came with their regular package deal, even though my order was all custom-made. It was a nice surprise to still get that discount. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how well the team at this store took care of me and paid attention to all the little details.

My experience ordering from this jewelry store was so frustrating and disappointing. The website kept telling me I could get free shipping, but then they charged my card out of nowhere. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't helpful at all and acted like they didn't care, which just made things worse. It stressed me out and messed up my finances. I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

Two leather shoes
I was kinda unsure about ordering online because of some of the reviews I saw, but I took a risk and bought two pairs of leather shoes. I have to admit, the shoes exceeded my expectations! Early learning tool for our child
This early learning tool has been absolutely amazing for our 3-year-old boy. In no time at all, he's been getting way more into learning new stuff and having a blast doing it. The stuff he's learning is not boring at all - it's fun and hands-on, which keeps him interested and happy while he's learning. We've seen a big difference in how ready he is for preschool and kindergarten, and we are so excited about how much he's improved. I ordered this really cute pink dress, but when it didn't arrive on time I was like, "What the heck? I need my dress for my BFF's party!" So I jumped on the chat and this amazing lady named Ayanda helped me out. She was so friendly and looked into it for me immediately. She informed me that my dress was delayed and wouldn't arrive for another week, but she also refunded me for the shipping cost, which was great! Ayanda, you're the best!

The people at the store were super helpful and knew their stuff. Kristine really took the time to chat with us and explain all the different options so we could pick the right system for us. She was real patient too, 'cause we must've called and emailed a bunch before we made up our minds. But in the end, we're thrilled with what we got and it's been working like a charm. It feels so good to have nice, soft water again after our old softener kicked the bucket.

White T-shirts purchase
I just bought a couple of white T-shirts from this store - one lightweight and one heavier (their regular tee). I've worn each a few times and tossed them in the modern Bosch washer at 40C. But here's the thing - I'm starting to notice some quality problems. The sizing is good and they feel comfy, especially the thicker one. But already I'm seeing threads coming loose at the shoulder. Kind of a bummer, especially since they talk a big game about quality. I do like the shirts, don't get me wrong, but now I'm thinking I might check out some other brands for my basic wardrobe staples.

The GPS pet tracker I bought was a total letdown. It was a pain to cancel the subscription, plus the tracking system was super unreliable and off the mark. It felt like a waste of cash for something that was supposed to give me peace of mind but totally dropped the ball. Our pup, who's a fan of running around, was always getting lost in the boonies with only occasional updates on his whereabouts. The customer service was subpar too, taking forever to reply with generic responses that didn't actually fix anything. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone in need of a solid GPS pet tracker.
