Golf shoes purchase
I messed up big time by buying a pair of golf shoes from this company without checking reviews first, and now I seriously regret it. Those shoes didn't even last a few rounds before the fake-looking top part started changing color. I've never been so let down by high-quality golf shoes that are supposed to hold up in tough conditions. And to top it all off, when I tried to get some help from customer service, all I got back was a basic automated message. After bugging them nonstop, they only offered me a lousy 30% off my next purchase as a sorry for the crummy product. Long story short, the product and the customer service both stunk. Do yourself a favor and go with a more trustworthy brand like Johnson & Murphy instead.
Shoes falling apart
I got these shoes and they totally fell apart after a few weeks, can you believe it? I paid a good amount for them and thought they'd hold up longer. I reached out to customer service, but they were zero help. They didn't even try to make it right, so now I'm stuck with junky shoes. I've learned my lesson - never shopping with them again, not worth the cash. Just a heads up in case you were thinking about buying from them!
Birthday present shoes
The customer service at this company was a total letdown. I bought a pair of shoes for a birthday present because their website said they'd arrive in time. But then I didn't get any updates until the day they were supposed to show up. The only message I got that day was to say the delivery date got pushed back. I never even got a shipping confirmation before that. I tried contacting the company, but all I got was a basic reply. It's crazy that in this online shopping world, they can't communicate and help their customers out better.
Men's 4.ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxford in tan
The Men's 4.ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxford might seem trendy at first glance, but honestly, when you take a good look, you can tell that the quality doesn't really live up to the price tag. The leather feels thin and the fake material on the back just feels...well, cheap. I wore them for just one night and already they're showing wear and tear. The inner sock feels too loose and the soles seem like they're made from some bargain basement material. To be honest, I'm super let down by the price I paid for these shoes.
Black sneakers
I bought these black sneakers from this company, thinking they'd look good based on the website pictures. But man, was I let down. Not only were they uncomfortable, but the quality was really bad once I got them in person. I wouldn't suggest using these for sports because they're just not well-made. Maybe they'd work for some kind of costume party, but definitely not for regular wear. This whole purchase left a bad taste in my mouth, so I definitely won't be buying from this brand again.
Wrong size, unhelpful customer service
I just got these shoes from the store, but they're the wrong size. So, I called customer service right away to try and fix it, but they said no can do. And get this - they wouldn't even take the shoes back, even though they hadn't even shipped them out yet! It was a letdown, really got me all worked up.
Faulty shoe purchase
I bought a pair of shoes at the Marina Mall store in Abu Dhabi recently, and unfortunately, I found out they were defective after only wearing them a few times. When I went back to ask for an exchange or refund, the manager tried to avoid me at first by hiding in the back and telling her staff to lie about her being there. When I finally confronted her, she was rude and unprofessional, flat out refusing to help and saying their shoes never have issues. I even tried to take the problem to the company's main office in Dubai, but got the same kind of unprofessional treatment and greed. It was really disappointing to see such disrespect and lack of care toward customers from an international brand.
