    I got this fancy voice and sensor trashcan, thinking it was going to be super cool. Boy, was I wrong! It turned out to be a total waste of money. The batteries are always dying on me, no matter what I do. I tried all the troubleshooting tips on their website, but no luck. The plug used to work, but now it's completely shot. Customer service only sent me a replacement lid that opened at a snail's pace, but I accepted it because at least it kind of worked. But the battery and plug problems just wouldn't quit. When I finally reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful. Not everyone can just throw money away like that. Asking me for a video of the battery issue was just too much. I'm so annoyed that I wasted my money on this. Watch out before you buy from them, seriously.

    My experience with this company was really frustrating. So, get this - when my client's credit card expired, the folks over at HugeDomains snagged the domain for themselves after the website manager changed. They weren't just squatting on it, but they had the nerve to ask for a crazy $5000 when the domain was only worth $20. That kind of greed and exploitation really rubbed me the wrong way, and I'd say to anyone thinking about working with them to watch out.

    I signed up for your annual subscription service and was really looking forward to getting my spring box. I picked out 5 items I wanted, but I was hoping for some extra surprise goodies too. When my box arrived, it only had the 5 items I chose and a bonus box for signing up. I thought there would be more variety and surprises in there, based on your ads. I was kind of bummed out. Now I'm not sure what to expect for my summer box. I'm worried it might not have all the cool stuff I was promised.
