Men's zerogrand shoes size 12
I bought some men's Zerogrand shoes in size 12, but when they arrived, they sent me women's size 9 boots instead. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a return label. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my replacement or a refund. I've called and emailed them several times, but they haven't fixed the problem. Their customer service has been really bad and unhelpful. I'm not happy with how they've handled this and would caution against buying directly from them after this experience.

Undersun Fitness has awesome home gym gear and tons of free guides and videos to help you get the most out of your workouts. They also have a super passionate community on social media, like Facebook and Instagram, that really adds to the whole fitness vibe. The only downside is that right now they only ship from the USA, so if you're in Europe, you might end paying more for VAT and shipping. It might be a good idea for them to set up a warehouse in the EU to make things easier for international customers.

The stuff this company sells is just amazing. It's really made a big difference in my hair, making it thicker and healthier. And their customer service is top of the line. When my order got messed up during shipping, they fixed it up real quick and even went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm super impressed with how great their products are and how much they care about us customers. Thanks for making such awesome stuff and giving such great service. You've got a customer for life right here!

Industrial Computer Desk with 5 Tier Storage Shelves, 67 inch Large Office Desk colour: Retro Brown SKU: HOGA-C0177
The desk arrived and the required parts do not match to put the desk together. I have been going back and forth with customer service sending pictures and attempting to explain the problem and they keep sending me a canned message that they do not understand the problem and can I send clearer pictures. I have sent over 30 pictures and I am frustrated and ready to just send the desk back and try something else.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Ordered a desk as a graduation gift for my daughter. Desk was delivered with missing parts. Emailed company and no response. Company also gave me a cheaper desk and never provided a refund. DO NOT BUY.This is really bad, John. I am still waiting to get my refund of an item I never received (see my review below). The main issue with you is that once you request the return, they will give you thousands of inaccurate responses. Hopefully this won't be your case. We should all organize and fill a class action or report for this company. Does anybody know how we can do this?
I purchased a vanity for my daughter and the mirror came in broken. It's been days and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. The website I found for customer service issues does not exist. It's been really frustrating for me . Amazon should stop selling their products base on the reviews because we all seem to have the same problems lack of communication. They are not legit if they do not have a customer service line. I don't even know what else to try????

Many Dresses
I purchased well over $300 on a variety of dresses. Received two, one was torn. Months have gone by and I haven't even gotten an update on the others. Every time I enquire I get the same response: "It's in transit" with no apology or anything. I have now requested a refund with no reply. Not worth the time or quality at all.
