    Customer Service Experience

    I recently talked to a customer service rep named James and he was really awesome. He was patient, respectful, and super helpful with all my questions. James really listened to what I needed and made sure I got all the info and assistance I was looking for. His top-notch customer service definitely made me want to come back to this website for more shopping in the future. Huge thanks to James for being so kind and helpful, he's definitely a great example of what a customer service rep should be like.

    Online tutoring sessions

    I had a great time with the online tutoring I signed up for. The tutor really knew their stuff and was always around when I needed help. They gave me some good tips on using the keyboard more efficiently and always had smart answers to my questions. The sessions lasted longer than I thought, like 2 1/2 to 3 hours sometimes, but it was worth it for us students.

    I've had some really great shopping experiences with HiFiGo. Over the past year, I've bought a few things from them and every time it's been smooth sailing. Their Shopify Store is awesome, it's super easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Plus, they always keep me in the loop with shipping updates so I know exactly where my orders are at. And their customer service is top-notch - they're quick to respond and always answer my questions thoroughly.

    Food processor purchase in 2020

    I got a food processor back in 2020 and at first, it was working smoothly. However, I soon found out that the parts were low-quality. In the span of three years, two bowls have broken off, making them useless. The worst part is, I can't find replacements for those parts which means I can only use the blender and smoothie attachments. It's frustrating because it looks like I'll have to get a whole new food processor now. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this brand; my Shark vacuum also needed parts replaced after just a year. It seems like a lot of folks are dealing with similar problems, but the company doesn't seem too bothered about fixing things. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

    Ordering from this place online is a disaster. I've tried twice to make an order - first for store pickup and they canceled both items. Then, I tried mail-to-home and one item was canceled. It's been almost two weeks and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. The people at the store are nice, but the stock is just awful. Half of the shelves at the Portland store are practically empty, so it's really hard to find what you're looking for.
