Damaged item handling
I just bought something from this company and it got all messed up in shipping. So I hit up their customer service team and got help from Cristin and Taylor. They were super nice and helped me figure out how to send the messed up item back. They were real pros and kept me in the loop the whole time. They got back to my emails real fast and gave me awesome service. Huge thanks to Cristin and Taylor for being so amazing!
