Order canceled, slow response, no refund
I just wanna vent about this awful time I had trying to order something online. First off, I had no clue that my order got canceled and sent back to the seller for who knows why. Not getting any heads up really got on my nerves and let me down. I tried hitting them up through email a bunch of times, but they were dragging their feet getting back to me. And to add insult to injury, I still haven't seen a dime of my money back. This whole thing has hands down been the worst online shopping mess I've ever been through.

This website is really awesome, I always get my stuff on time. The customer service is great too, they always respond quickly if I have any questions. I trust this company because I've never had any issues with them. Sometimes shipping takes a little longer because they're far away, but I always end up getting my products.

Super comfy outfits with accurate sizing
I absolutely love everything I've gotten from this place! All of their stuff has pockets, which I think is so cool. The sizing is always perfect, and I get compliments on my clothes all the time. Even though I'm plus-sized, I feel like a supermodel when I wear their outfits. They make me feel confident by hiding the things I'm not crazy about and highlighting my favorite features. I keep coming back for more - I just can't get enough!

Online Christmas shopping
So, my wife decided to do some Christmas shopping online and ended up ordering like 15 things from this one place. Well, when the stuff arrived, a lot of it didn't fit right or look as awesome as it did on the website. No big deal, we figured we'd just swap it out for something else at the store. But nope, turns out the folks there had no clue what was going on and said they couldn't take back online purchases in person anymore due to some dumb new rule. So now we gotta ship everything back and fork over 5 bucks for shipping. Talk about terrible customer service, right? Needless to say, my wife used to shop there all the time, but not anymore. They've lost a customer for good.

I used to buy my protein powder from another website, but they suddenly stopped carrying it. I was panicking because I had no idea where to find it now. I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this place. Something went wrong with my order and the staff was not helpful at all, they were just plain rude. They wouldn't give me a refund or try to fix the problem. The way they acted was totally unprofessional and they showed no empathy. It left me feeling really unhappy with how everything turned out.

So, you know, I wanted to check out their laundry detergent, ya feel me? But now my inbox is getting flooded with all this spam, like, no thank you! I just wanted the detergent, not a never-ending stream of useless emails. And when I reached out to them to ask them to stop, it was like talking to a wall. Not cool at all, man.

Home decor items
I've had a horrible experience with Belladonna Home Decor on Storenvy. I placed an order for some home decor items back in September, and here it is December with still no sign of my stuff. They were ignoring my emails until I got Storenvy involved, and even then, all they did was give me a bunch of empty promises. Finally, when my package showed up, it didn't have any of the products I actually ordered - just some dumb poster they called an "inconvenience gift." I tried to get a refund multiple times, but they just kept giving me the runaround and not following through. Storenvy really needs to do a better job screening their sellers to stop this kind of stuff. I've already reported them to my credit card company and consumer protection agency to make sure I get my money back. Trust me, steer clear of this store.
