Home decor items
I've had a horrible experience with Belladonna Home Decor on Storenvy. I placed an order for some home decor items back in September, and here it is December with still no sign of my stuff. They were ignoring my emails until I got Storenvy involved, and even then, all they did was give me a bunch of empty promises. Finally, when my package showed up, it didn't have any of the products I actually ordered - just some dumb poster they called an "inconvenience gift." I tried to get a refund multiple times, but they just kept giving me the runaround and not following through. Storenvy really needs to do a better job screening their sellers to stop this kind of stuff. I've already reported them to my credit card company and consumer protection agency to make sure I get my money back. Trust me, steer clear of this store.
