Eyeshadow palette
I bought this eyeshadow palette and it was pretty good overall, had nice colors and good quality. But one of the shades was kind of patchy and needed extra layers to show up nicely. The packaging was sleek and strong, which was nice. The brow gel was a bit too sticky for me, it made my eyebrows feel stiff and heavy so I didn't use it much. The shipping took forever, took like one to three weeks without any updates, which was annoying. I get there might be delays, but it made me wonder if they need more people working to speed things up.
Makeup brushes
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, buying makeup and accessories on a regular basis. But to be honest, my recent visit was a letdown. I felt like the service wasn't as good as it used to be. The staff seemed really busy and weren't as helpful or knowledgeable as they used to be. There was this one guy who always helped me out and knew everything about the products, but he hasn't been around lately. I really miss his friendly attitude and how he always showed me the newest stuff. It made shopping here so much more fun and informative.
I bought makeup
Yeah, I ordered this awesome makeup online, and then they ended up canceling it! Can you believe that? I was so disappointed, you know? I was really excited about getting that makeup, and then they just went and canceled it because of some mistake they made. It's frustrating, like what's the point of having an online store if they can't even fulfill orders correctly? I am definitely not impressed with their service, that's for sure.
Highlighter colors lost
I usually love Morphe products, but I was really bummed when they decided to discontinue the Extra and Lit highlighter shades. Those were my go-to shades and now I can't find them anywhere. I used to buy them all the time from their website, but now I don't even bother checking. Those highlighters were what made Morphe special, and now it feels like they're just like any other brand. It's a real shame.
Brush set with faulty zipper
I recently bought a brush set called the MUA Life set, but ran into trouble because the zipper on the case wasn't working properly. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with a person named Shakira who asked me to email photos of the case, barcode, and LOT number. I couldn't find the LOT number anywhere on the case or the packaging. Shakira then requested a video showing the problem with the zipper, which I sent over. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from Shakira for a while, which left me feeling frustrated and ignored as a customer. After expressing my disappointment, my issue was eventually resolved, and they sent me a replacement. I'm just happy this ordeal is finally over and that I was able to get a solution to the problem.
Foundation shade advice
I reached out to customer service not long ago to get some tips on choosing the best shade of foundation. They gave me a recommendation, so I went ahead and ordered it, but it turned out to be way off from what I usually wear. I shot them an email about it, and got a quick reply back. They offered to refund me or exchange the foundation, and I could even keep the wrong one. I thought that was pretty cool, no hassle at all. They sent out the new item right away, and I was really impressed by how nice and on top of things the customer service folks were.
Discontinued Products
I'm so bummed about Morphe discontinuing my go-to products. I really loved their boss mood palette, the mega matte lipsticks, and the color pencils, but now they're gone. It's annoying when a company ditches the items that customers love. I don't see the point in shopping at Morphe anymore if they're just going to keep taking away all the good stuff.
Fast shipping during COVID
I gotta say, I was pretty shocked at how fast my package got to me, especially with everything going on in the world right now. I mean, I read some not-so-great reviews and was worried that my two pallets would be super late. But boom, they showed up the same week I ordered them! The website did mention that delivery could take up to 14 working days, with an extra 10 working days on top of the usual 4-day delivery time. But hey, I'm good with how quick they got my order out the door.
Overpriced palette
I was so pumped to try out the new palette from this brand, but man, their customer service really let me down. They said they shipped and delivered my order, but the courier showed me proof that it never even left the warehouse. Now I'm stuck fighting with my bank to get my money back because this company won't even acknowledge me. It's seriously messed up to get this kind of treatment from a huge brand. Plus, those items were meant to be Christmas presents for my kids. What a total disappointment. Morphe? More like Moron, am I right?
Brush set and sponge set purchase
Recently, I bought a brush set and sponge set from the store. It took a bit longer than expected to get my order, but the customer service team really came through to help me out. I reached out to the store and a rep named Namih stepped in to solve the problem. She let me know that my package got lost during delivery and gave me the option to either get a refund or have the items reordered. I decided to go with the reorder, and to top it off, the store covered the cost of the faster shipping. I was super happy with how fast they fixed the issue and the great customer service.

Oh my goodness, I am so excited about this amazing eyeshadow palette and eyeshadow base I just got! They are seriously my new favorites. The website was really user-friendly and I was able to easily find everything I was looking for. And can you believe it? My package arrived right on time, despite everything that's been happening in the world lately.
Broken lipstick
I can't believe Morphe had the audacity to make me pay to return a broken lipstick that I spent so much money on! It was ridiculous. I ended up just giving the broken lipstick as a gift since it would've been so expensive to send back. I won't be shopping here again, even though my partner really likes their stuff. We're not supporting a company that's so greedy.
USB replacement
I gotta say, I had a really great experience with customer service at this store the other day. My USB thingy wasn't working right, but the team there was awesome. They quickly replaced it with no problems at all. I was totally impressed with how fast and efficient they were in handling the situation. Now I can keep using my fave sleep aid without any interruptions. Big thanks to them for all their help, and you can bet I'll be back for more shopping in the future.
Vacay Mode Brush Set
I just bought the Vacay Mode Brush Set and man, I was so let down. The quality is just not there. The brushes started shedding right from the start and they felt rough on my face when I used them. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this brush set to anyone who wants good makeup tools.
Jaclyn Hill palette, brushes for Christmas gifts
I just bought three Jaclyn Hill palettes and a few brushes as Christmas presents for my daughters. I've never had any problems with anything I've ordered or how long it takes to get here from this store. Everything got here fast and was as good quality as I hoped for. I really like that they have so many different brands to choose from and awesome deals too.
Eyeshadow sets, missing brush replacement
I just bought some eyeshadow sets and when they arrived, the package was all beat up, wet, and had a hole in it thanks to the delivery guy. But Morphe was awesome and sent me a new brush right away, no problem. Plus, the eyeshadow sets are gorgeous and last a long time, even without primer.
Eyeshadow palette
I bought this eyeshadow palette from that makeup store and let me tell you, it was super cool! The colors were all really bright and sparkly, perfect for when I want to look like a unicorn or something. But then, when I tried to order it online, it took forever to come! I was so worried it got lost in the mail or something, and I emailed them like a zillion times, but they never answered. It was like talking to a wall or something, so frustrating! But hey, at least I finally got it, and it's awesome! Just wish the customer service was better, you know?
Eyeshadow palettes
I was a little worried about buying from the website at first because of some bad reviews, but when they had a flash sale with 40% off on already discounted stuff, I couldn't resist. So, I decided to go for it and placed my order super early on Saturday. I was surprised when I got my package just a few days later on Tuesday. The eyeshadow palettes I got were packed really carefully and they arrived looking perfect. The colors and how pigmented they were totally blew me away, way better than I expected. I'm super happy with what I got.
