Downgrading practices by the airline
The airline's shady practice of downgrading passengers just shows how all they care about is making money. Instead of following the rules in the EU and giving fair compensation to people who get downgraded, they're more interested in lining their pockets. It's pretty worrying how little they seem to care about treating passengers right and keeping them happy. Just goes to show what kind of values they have.

I bought a baby monitor from this company, but it barely lasted a year before breaking down on me. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but they didn't give me any assistance at all. It was a total waste of money and my overall experience with this company was terrible.

Multiple cases of wine
I found this website and thought I'd give it a try, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Ordering was super easy and the prices were good. I got my order pretty quickly, which is always nice with wine. The customer service was great too. The person I talked to knew their stuff and helped me pick out some awesome choices. All in all, a really good experience.

Seat selection for canceled flight
We had to cancel our flight to Canada because of the Coronavirus pandemic travel restrictions, even though we had already picked our seats. As European travelers, we couldn't get into Canada or the US, which cost us a lot of money. We contacted the airline to ask for a refund for our seat selection since it was out of our control. But Air Transat said no, showing they didn't really care about our situation. It's frustrating to see a company put money before people during a tough time like this, taking advantage of the situation without helping out their customers.

Signed football memorabilia
I bought some signed football memorabilia from this place, and man, it was awesome! The folks who work there are super nice, and their prices are really good. The first time I ordered, there was a mistake, but they fixed it right away and even gave me a better item for free. They should totally have a store where you can also play soccer, that would be a blast!

I had to shoot an email over to customer service because, seriously, after 5 days I still hadn't heard anything about my order shipping out. Luckily, they got back to me pretty fast and the order showed up the very next day. Gotta say though, the product itself is top-notch.

Jumpsuit purchase
The jumpsuit I got from this place was so beautiful, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. It was top quality and had the exact style I wanted. But man, my excitement quickly disappeared when I saw how much I had to pay for taxes and duties to ship it to Canada. The extra costs totally wiped out any savings I thought I was making by ordering from this store. Now, I'm not sure if I'll ever order from there again, no matter how much I love their stuff.
