Eye brush purchase
I recently bought an eye brush from this store, but when it arrived, the bristles were all messed up. I was pretty bummed out to get a faulty product, especially since I was really excited about it. When I reached out to customer service to deal with the problem, the person I talked to was so rude. They insisted that I had to send them a picture and a video of the messed up brush. I was so annoyed to be treated that way, especially since I was being nice and just wanted to fix it. It felt like they didn't believe me, which was frustrating because I've never had to prove something like that before. Even though it was a hassle, I did what they asked and sent over the proof. Finally, they sent me a new brush, but the whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth. I was really disappointed with their customer service and how they didn't trust me.
