Excellent customer service experience
I was having a hard time trying to order this product for like two weeks, and I was just about to give up and do it online when I saw it was sold out. But then this rep got on it, called me back, and took my order over the phone super quick. I got my invoice right away and paid online with no problems. And they even threw in free shipping and a cool promotion, which was a nice bonus.

Gifted boxes of steaks
I've been receiving gifted boxes of steaks from this company for a few years now, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the quality. The fillets don't seem to be top-grade meat, there's no marbling and the flavor is lacking. They almost taste like liver, definitely not what I would expect from a premium meat provider. I suspect they might be prison or cannery grade, which is not at all like the quality meat I can get at my local grocery stores. The fact that they don't list the USDA grade just adds to my concerns about the quality. It's really disappointing that someone would gift me such low-quality meat, and often I end up having to give them to my dog or donate them.

Oh my goodness, I am so excited about this amazing eyeshadow palette and eyeshadow base I just got! They are seriously my new favorites. Great print, delayed delivery
Even though my canvas print arrived late, I am so pleased with it. The quality is incredible and it really captures a precious moment between my Grandpa and his Great-Granddaughter. I bet she's going to try to claim it as her own! Thank you for such an awesome product.

Replacement shoes
I had a similar experience as some others here with Dr. Liza Shoes. I used a discount code that came with the requirement of getting a pair of replacement shoes once they were back in stock. Unfortunately, even though the soles of the shoes are comfy, the actual shoe itself is not. It caused some serious blisters and now I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear them comfortably. All in all, I'm really let down by the quality of these shoes.
