Booties worn three times, zipper broke
I got these booties from the store a little over a year ago, and man, was I let down by the quality! After only wearing them three times, boom, the zipper broke. I took 'em to a shoe repair spot but no luck - they said they were toast. When I hit up customer service at the store, they basically said tough luck since it had been so long. I tried showing 'em pics of the barely-worn shoes, but they still wouldn't budge on fixing or replacing them.
First-time purchase of shoes
I had a really frustrating experience with shoe sizing recently. The first pair I ordered didn't fit right at all, and when I tried to return them, I had to pay a big fee. The replacement pair was no better - they were way too long for a size 9, and the sole was so stiff that I couldn't even wear them. On top of all that, they wouldn't give me a refund, which was disappointing since I'm in the U.S. I even wrote a review on their website, but they didn't post it. It's just not right - I feel like I got scammed and now I'm stuck with these expensive shoes that I can't use.
Shoes too big, not able to return for refund
They sent me these shoes that were like, super huge! So when I wanted to send them back and get my money back, they made me pay for the shipping. And get this, they didn't even have my size available. Now I'm just stuck with a credit that's gonna expire and I won't even get my cash back. What a total scam, right?
Email Newsletter Subscription
I signed up for the email newsletter from this shoe company, but had a bad experience. They sent me an email about a product with cultural designs that don't match my background, so I reached out to talk about cultural appropriation. Instead of a respectful response, I got a rude and unprofessional one. It's sad to see a company known for quality products act this way.
Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes from this company and man, I was so let down. It cost me 300 bucks for both of them and when I put them on, they were just way too big and the leather felt all stiff and uncomfortable. I even followed their sizing guide, but it didn't make a difference.
Unhappy with return policy
I just bought something from this company, and I gotta say I'm super disappointed with their return policy. Their website said they accept returns, but turns out it's only for exchanges for us folks in the US, no refunds.
Comfortable flats
I just got these flats from this brand, thinking I was getting some good, comfy shoes. But man, was I let down. They weren't anything like they were supposed to be - definitely not as comfy or as snug as they said. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they weren't trying to help me out at all. Really bummed about it. I won't be shopping with them again.
Replacement shoes
I had a similar experience as some others here with Dr. Liza Shoes. I used a discount code that came with the requirement of getting a pair of replacement shoes once they were back in stock. Unfortunately, even though the soles of the shoes are comfy, the actual shoe itself is not. It caused some serious blisters and now I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear them comfortably. All in all, I'm really let down by the quality of these shoes.
Purchase - Overpriced and Poor Quality Shoes
These shoes really stink. They're so uncomfortable, badly put together, and didn't even fit right. And to top it off, it took forever for them to get here and trying to return them was a nightmare. I tried leaving negative reviews on the product and website, but they never showed up. It's pretty obvious they don't want folks to know the real deal about their shady ways. You're better off staying way clear of this joint.
Unfortunate sizing experience
I recently bought some shoes from this store and man, they totally messed up the sizing by like half a size. And to make matters worse, I had to pay for shipping, which really bummed me out. So, I said, "okay, no big deal, I'll just exchange them for a different size." But guess what? They didn't have the size I needed and wouldn't give me a refund or store credit. Instead, they gave me a stupid coupon code that expired in a year and couldn't be used on anything already on sale. So basically, I ended up having to pay the same amount or even more than what I paid for the shoes in the first place. I ended up losing like $300, which really hurt.
The style I originally wanted is all sold out in the size that might actually fit me, so now I'm stuck with no other options. This whole situation was just a terrible way to do business if you ask me.Pumps
Terrible company to deal with and they delete poor reviews. I bought a pair of shoes that were too big even though it was my correct size. I had to pay for return shipping of $69. They could not exchange the shoes as they were out of stock. They would not refund and would only provide me with a credit that expires in 12 months. I still don't have the shoes and no doubt will be forced to buy something I don't want.

DO NOT BUY FROM THID COMPANY. Shoes (I bought two pairs) did not fit, and rather than support an exchange, they charged me for return and could not provide me for the proper size. Would not give me a refund and instead provided a credit that would expire in a year. Never got the shoes never got the refund-they have $325 of my money.
Black Sneaker pump size 7
After careful consideration of the cost for the shoes and after two years of waiting for the right time I decided to finally buy them. I was so severely disappointed! The shoes don't fit as they should - you would think that for only having an online store they would have a great exchange policy, but the customer service is dishonest and untrustworthy. Unfortunately it is just my word against her. She claims that I returned worn shoes, which I know I didn't. She claims that I was informed that the return of the rejected shoes would be at my own exuberant cost, but that is also not the case. This small business gives other honest small businesses a bad reputation.
At first I thought this was me being unlucky in this circumstance, but after some digging, on this site, "reviewbird", "torontobeautyreview" and quite a few other sites I can now see that this dishonest treatment of customers is their typical protocol.

Please please DO NOT purchase shoes from this company. Their sizing is not true to size and won't pay for exchange and will not provide refund if not satisfied, as they will provide you with a credit that EXPIRES in one year. $325 credit expires? That is one heck of scam. Never have I made a purchase with so much regret, feel dupped.

Terrible customer service. I order shoes from here, they completely scammed me by sending something not true to size, then offering exchange (for which they charge shipping fees). They then proceeded to send the shoes back and charge shipping fees AGAIN because the shoes apparently "were missing a piece of tissue paper" despite me carefully checking and making sure everything was in the box beforehand. Be careful ordering from here, as many reviews say the same things.
