I bought a pair of shorts from this store, and man were they way shorter than I expected. I was bummed out, but when I tried to take them back, they wouldn't take them! That's just not right, it's like they don't care about their customers at all. It's totally uncool and makes them look bad.

Leather Cardholder with slight defect
I just bought the Leather Cardholder from this company, and it came with a minor defect. But when I contacted their support team, Bianca was super helpful and wasted no time fixing the issue. She hooked me up with a great replacement product that went above and beyond what I was expecting. The customer service I got was seriously amazing and I was blown away by how much they cared about making sure I was happy.

Designer handbag comparison
As a smart shopper, I always make sure to research before buying, especially when it comes to fancy designer stuff. When I saw an item on this site, I noticed they were charging way more than the official brand site. Like, they had a Balenciaga purse for $1100 here, but it was only $995 on the real Balenciaga site. And with taxes and shipping, it ended up costing even more from this site. It's super important for us customers to know about these differences so we don't end up shelling out extra cash for designer items. I definitely recommend sticking to official brand websites for legit stuff and better prices.

Vanity purchase
I just got a vanity from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality and service. Even though the delivery took a little longer than expected, the vanity I got is amazing. Way better than anything I've seen at places like Lowes or Home Depot. The packaging was great and the shipping was done really well, no damage at all. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for any more home improvement stuff I need.
