I gotta say, I am just so impressed with my experience at this company. The products they have are just gorgeous, and the customer service is seriously top-notch. I recently bought some stuff for my vow renewal coming up, not just for me but for my sisters too. Unfortunately, I had to return one dress that was past the return window since my sister, who lives far away, couldn't try it on in time. But let me tell you, Bianca from the customer service team really saved the day. She handled my issue super fast and with so much care. Her response was quick, and the instructions she gave were clear and super helpful.

Phone activation frustration
The activation process for my new phone was such a nightmare. I mean, I spent over three hours trying to get it all set up, just to run into a bunch of issues. Like, the device wouldn't connect to the internet, and when I tried to activate it, I got this error message saying my phone number was gonna be pending for days in the future. It's just not cool, especially because I needed to get that phone working ASAP since my kid was gonna be home alone.

Christmas order mix-up
I ordered something for Christmas, but then they told me it was out of stock and wouldn't be here until June. So I decided to get something else, but they still charged me for the first item! I tried calling to straighten it out, but they wouldn't let me cancel the order even though it hadn't even been shipped. Now I can't even return it because it hasn't been shipped. It's such a mess!

The customer service team was no help at all. It felt like they were just sending me in circles every time I had a problem with the product. When I told them about feeling uncomfortable using the teeth whitening strips, instead of actually trying to help, they just told me to see a doctor or dentist. It was annoying how they didn't want to take any responsibility for possible product problems. On top of that, they took forever to get back to me and avoided answering any questions about potential issues with the product. Overall, my experience with their customer service was really disappointing.

I ordered a shed in the woodies Tallaght store as I couldn’t fit it in the car. The man brought it today and he was very rude I am 9 months pregnant and have a one year old, I live in a apartment and when he got here he told me he couldn’t bring the box up to the apartment, as I am 9 months pregnant I couldn’t ether. He was so rude and not helpful at all. He left it at the car park gate and asked if it was far. I had to drag the parcel up the lift by myself. I paid him €22 for what? Absolutely nothing he couldn’t even bring the box up to the apartment. Very poor service.
