Custom sorority hoodie
I had a rough experience ordering a custom sorority hoodie for my friend's birthday. It was a complete disaster from the get-go. The website was a mess, the design tool was tricky to use, and it took forever to actually place my order. On top of that, I didn't get any updates on the status of my order or an estimated delivery date. The pricing was way too high for what I got, and to make matters worse, the delivery was over a week late. Overall, it was a total letdown, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
