Pulley repair, Loose packing
When I got my pulley repaired, I saw that it wasn't on the track like it should be. But once I fixed it and got it back on track, it's been working just fine without any problems. One thing that could be better is the packing - it seemed kinda loose. Putting in more filler to keep the item secure would help avoid any damage during shipping.

I just bought tech support from Restoro and had a great time chatting with Cindy P., their customer service rep. She was really helpful and super patient, plus she knew her stuff when it came to fixing the problem I was having with the Restoro scan on my computer. I had seen how great she was helping someone else, so I felt good about reaching out to her. She walked me through everything I needed to do and got the issue sorted out, even though it needed an admin password. I'm happy with the help I got from Restoro and want to give props to Cindy for being professional and quick.
