Clean, pure ingredients
The stuff I bought was really good quality and made with all-natural ingredients. But man, they were definitely asking for a lot of cash for it all! I get that they're making top-notch stuff, but the prices were a bit of a turn-off for me. Plus, the shipping used to be lightning fast, but lately it's been hit or miss. If they dropped the prices a bit, I wouldn't be as bothered by the slow shipping.

Cute clothes
I really enjoy shopping at Jo & Grey because they have the most adorable clothes! Their tops, dresses, and accessories are all really stylish and great for everyday wear. Whenever I wear something I bought from their website, I always get tons of compliments. The coolest thing is that they're always getting new stuff in, so I can keep my wardrobe up to date with the latest trends. Plus, their customer service is always really helpful whenever I have a question or need help with my order. I'll definitely be shopping with them again soon!

Soap dispenser broke after warranty
I got that soap dispenser a few years back and it was great until it decided to stop working right after the warranty expired! I watched all kinds of videos to try and fix it but no dice. The company threw me a bone with a 20% discount but I'm not sure if I want to give them another shot if it's just gonna break again!

Backordered circuit control board
I just bought a circuit control board from RepairClinic that was on backorder. It was a bit pricey at $136. When the package arrived, I was bummed out because even though the large shipping box had a bunch of packing material, it was all on top of the circuit board, which was only in a plastic bag and not padded. So basically, the delicate part was left vulnerable at the bottom of the box.

I just bought an Irish sweater for my daughter's birthday at this store. She's a big fan of anything Irish, especially since we have Irish and Scottish roots in our family. The sweater was a great gift for her, and she really adored it. The quality was amazing, and it was so pretty and cozy.

Trip booking assistance with Mitch R
I was just on the phone with Mitch R from customer service for a long time, getting everything sorted out for our trip to Phuket. It turns out there was a problem with availability for the places we had booked months in advance. Mitch R was super helpful and handled everything like a pro. He made sure we got our money back for the places that weren't available, and helped us find other places to stay that worked with our plans. His help really took a load off our shoulders and made it much easier for us to book our flights and travel insurance.

My experience shopping at Caroline Hill was kinda meh. I did find a really cute top and trendy handbag that I loved, so that was a plus. The selection was okay, and I liked that there were different styles to choose from. But, ordering stuff was a little confusing and took longer than I thought. The website could definitely be easier to use and better organized. Also, some of the prices seemed a bit high for what you were getting. On the bright side, my delivery was fast and everything came in good shape. Overall, I'd say they could work on making the ordering process and prices better to make it a better shopping experience for everyone.

The communication was great from the beginning to the end. The app gave us all the info we needed about the property, so we didn't have to make a bunch of extra phone calls or get confused. Any small problems that came up were taken care of right away, making the rental process super easy. The property looked just like it did in the pictures and was in a great spot close to transportation options.

JL sound bar purchase
