I recently bought some rugby gear after the 6 Nations tournament and got it delivered pretty quickly. But, I was bummed out when I saw they snuck in extra fees for shipping and handling. When I wanted to return something, I had to hunt through the website to find the Returns Portal, only to learn that I had to use their postage method, which meant I'd have to shell out at least £6.10 for shipping for a return that would take a week at least. It seems like this company is trying to squeeze every dime out of rugby fans, just like the RFU does.

I bought this really cool beanie online, but it ended up going to the wrong person. They gave me a refund, but it stinks because I was really looking forward to that beanie. The store got back to me quickly, but it would've been nice to have a phone number to call instead of just emailing.

I've been really disappointed with the filing cabinet I got from your company. Right when I was setting it up, I noticed that one of the boards was cracked, so I couldn't even use it. I emailed customer support right away to ask for a refund and return. But it took forever for them to respond, and when they finally did, they just kept asking for a part number so they could send a replacement part. But I didn't want a replacement, I just wanted my money back. Even when they sent me a new cabinet, it still had issues like bent boards and drawers that wouldn't close properly. The support team's responses were no help at all, they just told me to take it apart and send a video, or to go get it fixed at a repair shop. And instead of giving me a full refund like I asked for, they just offered me a discount, which was frustrating because all I wanted was a cabinet that actually worked. This whole experience has made me question the quality of your products and the support your company offers.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered flowers way ahead of time for a special occasion, and they never arrived. I contacted customer service, and they said they'd redeliver the flowers the next day and then the next week, but they didn't. They not only didn't keep their word, but they also wouldn't give me a refund for the trouble. This lack of responsibility and follow-through is totally unacceptable, and I won't be using them again.

I recently bought some tires from TireBuyer and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast they delivered them and how smooth the installation process was. TireBuyer has always had good prices and a nice variety of tires, but what really got me this time was how they work with the installer now. In the past, the installer situation was a bit of a mess and customers would end up paying more than expected. But now, they include the installation cost upfront and lock down the schedule, making everything way easier and stress-free. I really gotta give it to them for putting in the effort to make this final step so much better.
