When I wanted to return something, I had to hunt through the website to find the Returns Portal, only to learn that I had to use their postage method, which meant I'd have to shell out at least £6.10 for shipping for a return that would take a week at least. It seems like this company is trying to squeeze every dime out of rugby fans, just like the RFU does.

I've been really disappointed with the filing cabinet I got from your company. Right when I was setting it up, I noticed that one of the boards was cracked, so I couldn't even use it. I emailed customer support right away to ask for a refund and return. But I didn't want a replacement, I just wanted my money back. Even when they sent me a new cabinet, it still had issues like bent boards and drawers that wouldn't close properly. The support team's responses were no help at all, they just told me to take it apart and send a video, or to go get it fixed at a repair shop. And instead of giving me a full refund like I asked for, they just offered me a discount, which was frustrating because all I wanted was a cabinet that actually worked. This whole experience has made me question the quality of your products and the support your company offers.
