    I recently bought this software platform and man, I gotta say, my experience with the company hasn't been great. They promise a 14-day no questions asked refund policy, but getting my money back was a real headache. They automatically renewed my subscription without my permission, and when I tried to get a refund through PayPal, they made me cancel the dispute first, leaving me high and dry. Their customer service was no help at all, just kept dodging responsibility instead of actually helping me out. Basically, dealing with this company was a lesson in what bad customer service looks like - shady practices and no real support.

    User experience with BuddyBoss

    While BuddyBoss has some cool features, it's lacking in important basic functions that are key for a smooth user experience. One example is that it has trouble with conditional fields during user sign-up, which makes it tough to tailor the registration process to individual needs. Also, not being able to hide certain profile types from others and exclude specific updates from certain profile types limits customization and personalization. And not being able to show user emails on profiles is another drawback for users.

    Troubleshooting assistance with LMS software

    When I had trouble with my LMS software, I asked for help and was so happy with how quick and helpful Shagor Ahmed was. He figured out the issue fast and walked me through fixing it with really clear instructions. Not only did he solve the problem, but he also showed me how to handle similar issues in the future with a helpful video. I'm really grateful for his skill and commitment to making sure I was happy.     I just bought this platform for entrepreneurs that helps new founders launch their business ideas in Africa within 90 days. With all the extra stuff it comes with, it's made it super easy for me to run all my programs for new businesses and share my progress publicly. I've been really happy with how well it's been working for me. The only downside was that the mobile app version was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be. Hopefully they'll lower the price in the future for people like me. But overall, I think this platform is great. It's easy to use and has really helped me reach my goals.
