Damaged flask
I ordered a flask as a Christmas gift, but it arrived damaged with a chipped and peeling logo. I emailed customer service right away, sent pictures, and I've sent multiple emails but still no response. I asked for a refund and return postage because the item is damaged, but haven't gotten a resolution yet. I'm really disappointed with their customer service and won't be buying from them again.

Customized art for new apartment
We just got some really cool custom art for our new apartment from Artexplore, and it was awesome. We've shopped on there before and, like always, the artist was super communicative and paid attention to all the little details. We wanted some paintings that would go perfectly with our furniture, and the artist really took the time to customize the colors just right. The final paintings were absolutely stunning and we're so thrilled with how they turned out. Now we have these gorgeous artworks that fit in perfectly in every room of our apartment.

I have a ReMarkable2 and I love reading my legally bought ebooks on it. The only issue is DRM and devices like Kindle and Kobo that restrict where you can access your books. Thankfully, Epubor has fixed this problem for me and I couldn't be more grateful!

Sweaters purchase
The sweaters I bought from the store were a huge letdown. They didn't fit well at all, and the quality was super low. When I tried to return a couple of them, I found out I had to pay for the return shipping, which was unexpected. The only sweater I kept fell apart after just one wash. The material was so cheap and the stitching was awful, there was a huge hole under the arm and yarn was hanging loose everywhere. For what I paid for those sweaters, I was expecting way better quality and customer service. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from that store.

T-shirt design assistance
I had a really great experience working with the designer online. She was super helpful in fixing a design problem and giving me some good ideas for the background color. Even though we were using the online tools, she was able to make the image clearer and set it up so that the final product I got was just what I wanted.
