Damaged item, poor customer service
I bought something online and it came messed up. I messaged the company with a picture of the problem, but they haven't said anything back about how to return it. It's really annoying how they're not talking to me and don't seem to care about helping. I'd suggest finding a different place to shop to avoid dealing with this headache.

Flea medication mix-up
I ordered this fancy flea medicine for my pet and you won't believe this - they sent me the generic stuff instead of the brand name I paid extra for! I was so disappointed. And get this, they tried to say I picked the generic, but my receipt proves otherwise. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they had the nerve to tape a note on the box saying they couldn't give out the brand name and wouldn't let me return it. Can you believe that? Total scam! Don't waste your money there, their customer service is terrible.
