Necklace instead of earrings
I recently bought some earrings online, but I got a necklace instead. I tried going to my nearby store for help, but they couldn't do anything since it was an online purchase. I emailed Customer Service a bunch of times, but never heard back. This whole lack of communication and customer service has forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I'm really bummed out about the whole ordeal and all the time I've wasted trying to sort it out.
