My time at LaserAway was okay, not too great. The service was fine, but nothing special. Customer support was helpful, but not amazing. Overall, my experience there was just average. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't outstanding. It was just meh. I didn't have any big issues, but I wouldn't exactly go shouting from the rooftops about it. Basically, my visit to the beauty clinic was pretty ordinary.

So, I was checking out travel insurance for my upcoming trip to Colombia and I found this website that was really user-friendly. My experience with this store was a total mess. I ordered a smocked top and denim shorts, but the package never showed up. I waited 6 weeks only to find out my order was cancelled with no heads up. The customer service folks were no help at all, just giving me fuzzy answers over email. It was my first and last time shopping with them for sure.

Fashion accessories logo design
As someone new to owning a business and wanting to build my brand, I gotta say Looka was the bomb when it came to making a killer logo super quick. Even though I'm not a designer, I could easily figure out how to use the platform and make the logo my own. There were tons of designs to choose from and the interface was really simple to use, making the whole experience smooth and fun. Huge shoutout to Ryan from support for always being there to help me out when I ran into problems. All in all, Looka went above and beyond what I expected and I'll definitely be coming back for any future design needs.

Necklace for Christmas gift
I'm so frustrated with this company. I bought a necklace for my daughter in early December as a Christmas gift, but on the 21st, I got an email saying they canceled my order. They said they wouldn't charge me, but I saw the charge on my account. I've been trying to reach out to them to fix this, but their customer service is terrible. No UK phone number, unhelpful chat service, and emails go unanswered for weeks. This has been a total nightmare, and I'm never buying from them again.

Dusty's BarkBox was awesome! We had to switch things up a bit because it turns out Dusty is not as much of a heavy chewer as I thought, but BarkBox was really cool about it and made the changes with no problem at all. Dusty has been really enjoying his boxes and treats ever since!
