Hey, so I ordered from this site and it was a complete nightmare. The delivery was a disaster, my stuff got stolen, and the customer service was no help at all. I even tried contacting them on Instagram, but they just fed me lies. Definitely not shopping there again, so learn from my mistake and steer clear!
Hat purchase for partner
I ordered a hat for my partner from this brand and I ended up getting someone else's entire outfit instead. It felt like the people in the warehouse were totally out of it and couldn't even manage to send the right packages. The service was just awful and I was really disappointed with the whole experience.

I had a really bad experience with this company when there was a problem with my order. Their lack of professionalism was really disappointing. It was frustrating that they didn't take the time to go through our previous emails to address my concerns properly. Even after sending all the necessary info, they kept asking for the same details over and over, making me repeat myself. I opened a customer service ticket on April 20th, and it's now May 22nd, and they still haven't fully fixed the issue. Dealing with this back-and-forth for over a month for such a simple problem is just not okay. I was really expecting better service from a company as big and reputable as them.

New shoes

Hit or miss with quality and sizing
I recently bought some stuff from this store and it was a bit of a mixed bag. First off, the returns portal was acting up, but luckily Melinda from customer service was super helpful and fixed it for me. I got a couple pairs of pants in the same size but different styles, and that's where things got interesting. One pair fit like a dream, great quality and all, while the other pair felt like it was two sizes too small and the quality was just okay. It's a bummer when sizing and quality aren't consistent. Overall, BooHooMan can be hit or miss, so don't write off the whole brand just because of one bad experience.
