faulty product
I just bought something from this company and it turned out to be faulty. I decided to message their customer service on Facebook and I was really impressed with how helpful they were. The person I talked to, Nico, was super quick, polite, and got my problem sorted out right away. I gave them all the info and photos they needed, and Nico went ahead and gave me a full refund without making me return the item. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got and I want to thank them for fixing everything.
Online clothing purchase
I bought some clothes online not long ago, and man, was I disappointed! The stuff I got was total trash - the fabric was flimsy, the stitching was lousy, and the whole thing fell apart after just a few hours of wearing it. And on top of that, the size was all wrong too. A large felt more like a medium. I can't believe this junk actually passed quality control. Bottom line, I was really let down by the product.
Lost return
I had a return that got lost in the mail, but Nico really came through and helped me get my refund sorted out quickly. The customer service was amazing and I'm thrilled with how they handled the whole situation. BoohooMAN is the only place my son shops for clothes because he's obsessed with the styles they offer. Big thanks to Nico for going the extra mile!
Blue hoodie
So yeah, I picked up this blue hoodie from here and man, it was seriously awesome! Had a little issue with my order, but this guy Ronald D totally came through for me, he was like a lifesaver. The customer service was on point and I'm just so impressed with this brand. And the prices are reasonable too, so I hope they keep it that way for good. Definitely looking forward to ordering more stuff from them!
Black hoodie and joggers set
I recently picked up a black hoodie and joggers set from this store and I was honestly impressed. The material was higher quality than I anticipated and the fit was perfect. I'm definitely a fan now.
Jeans return issue
I was trying to return some jeans that didn't fit right, but man, I couldn't get that verification code to work for the life of me. So, I messaged them crazy late, like close to midnight, and this super sweet lady named Elaine B totally hooked me up! She got me the QR code I needed in just a few minutes, such a lifesaver!
Incorrect item received
I ordered this cool black jacket to step up my style game, but instead, I got this bright neon green tracksuit in the mail. Not exactly what I was aiming for, but oh well, mistakes happen. So I decided to contact customer service, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by how quickly they got back to me and how smoothly they sorted everything out. Aibelle was the real MVP in this situation - she handled it like a pro and got me a full refund. Huge shoutout to her!
